Location is so good! It only take around 10 mins to go Old Town by foot.However, the facility inside the room is worn. The shower door couldn’t close properly. And the bathroom light was flashing. The room is clean but will be glad if daily cleaning service can be provided. Room is suspicious with basic equipments. And the room’s sound proof is soso. You can hear people’s voice from other room easily.

Week in Krakow on vacation. Owners respond right away. Kind. Easy access to get into the place. Close to Wawel Castle down the street! Easy access to old town square few minutes away. Close to the Jewish quarter too. Amazing quiet place!

This was my first ever booking at an apartment and I was so pleasantly surprised. The high ceilings made the space feel so much bigger (not that it was small). Loved the kitchen and the bathroom was exceptional! Will keep this location on my list when returning to Kraków!

Very very good location. Cute, clean and nice room. No fridge. Sound can be transferred between rooms if you have noisy neighbor.

Alles wie beschrieben, die Lage ist super. Das Parken im Parkhaus Wawel ist recht teuer, Parken vor der Unterkunft mit Parkschein möglich.

Great stay, perfect location to the old town, super safe and modern! Communication including airport transfers was super great also!

Booked this last minute (same day) and stayed for two nights. Will definitely stay here again when I visit Krakow again. It was superbly clean, had everything you could need. Bed was comfy, aircon worked great, even had a coffee pot! Mildly loud depending on neighbours but nothing ridiculous considering it’s an apartment. Very happy with the stay and the price!

Perfect. I recommand this flat

Had a downstairs apartment and the noise from the family staying above us was terrible. There is no soundproofing so could hear the constant running and walking around. This went on for hours every evening. Could even hear their toilet flushing. The noise spoilt our holiday as went on every night, for hours. Stayed for 6 nights and had the same towels the entire time and no top up of toilet roll. There was nowhere to dry the towels and so we were drying ourselves with soggy towels after the second day.

The apartment was clean, had everything I needed during my stay. Saint Agnes Apartments located really close to Wawel Castle and the Old Town. There are some really good cafes nearby for breakfast. A great place to stay.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich nett und sehr zentral gelegen, so dass man zu Fuß schnell alles erreichen kann. Der Check in hat wunderbar funktioniert. Wir hatten einen Standard Zimmer, mit dem wir an sich auch sehr zufrieden waren. Allerdings war das Zimmer wirklich sehr klein. Das Bad hatte kein Fenster und das Dachfenster in unserem Schlafzimmer hatte keine geeignete Jalousie, so dass man schon morgens um sechs hellwach war, da es im Zimmer so hell war.

I liked the location. I didn't like they disconnected my wifi few minutes before 10. When I was trying to get an uber I didn't have wifi anymore.

We stayed in a cozy little one room apartment. Was perfect for my daughter and I. I have no complaints and offer only good things about this apartment

Property was very modern is a really lovely older building. Pros: -It was a good size for two people, bathroom was huge. -Location, everything in easy walking distance apart from the main train/bus station. Across road from Jewish Quarter, 10mins to old town -Really quiet and peaceful, hardly saw anyone else -Owner easy to get hold of and quick to respond. -Big fridge, two ring burner, coffee machine and kettle in kitchen area -Table and chairs outside door which was nice. Cons -The street the apartment was on looked very run down, it was a shock when we arrived -No microwave or toaster, both would have been welcomed. -Lack of towels, only two given but after asking for more owner gave us hand towels and a bath mat. -Entry was via code, I always feel very vulnerable with no extra locks, I feel that from a safely aspect I would feel better if there was a bolt on the inside so I could sleep easy knowing no one can get in. -A safe would have been welcomed too, so valuables could be locked away. Had to carry with me as I knew others knew the door code. All in all a good value place, in a good location.

I honestly don’t even know how to put into words how perfect this apartment was. From the moment I received the entry codes to stepping into the spotless, beautifully arranged room — everything exceeded my expectations. The space was immaculately clean, and every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of — from the high-quality shower gels to all the other essentials provided. I had a couple of questions while settling in and the host responded incredibly quickly with helpful, clear guidance. That level of attentiveness really made a difference. I’ve travelled to many different countries, but this was my first time visiting Poland — and thanks to this apartment, it’s been my best experience yet. If you’re considering booking this place, don’t hesitate. It’s truly a gem, and I can’t recommend it enough.
