Decent choice

飯店位置非常好，對面就是火車和公車總站，還有購物中心，吃喝逛街的好去處。因離開那天搭晚上10：15夜巴前往Praha ,所以我們約9：45前往飯店領取寄放行李，非常方便。 網路速度不錯快，因Krakow是我們東歐自助第一站，所以後續幾天的交通和住宿都在飯店上網訂購。 飯店很學院，房間和浴室非常乾淨，櫃檯工作人員效率高，請他們印出Salzburg到Ljubljana的火車訂購單，他們馬上幫忙，真的很感謝。 飯店有附電茶壺，讓在寒冬旅遊的我們有熱咖啡，熱茶和熱水喝覺得很溫暖。

My room was the side facing bus and train station, that is, easily to hear the broadcast and people dragging luggage. No elevator there. But the location is just next to transportation hub, close to the mall and a carrefour express, full scores on location.

入住當晚。房間外正在修路。有噪音。 另門鎖好似不太隱陣。厠所沒有抽氣。 唯一好處就只是接近火車及巴士站。

Very convenient. Just next to the station. Satisfactory.

The only reason I would recommend this hotel is the location, very close to Krakow central station. The WIFI could not be connected at all since I checked in at 4:30 pm. It didn't work until 10 pm. The staff said it can only be solved the next day which is not acceptable. She said it's not her problem and asked me what she can do. Well you're the staff, not me, you suppose to find out a solution for every guest. I suggested to give me another room has WIFI and then I moved. This time WIFI works but there's bad smell same like former room. I didn't like the breakfast either. This is the only hotel I stayed in Poland that doesn't serve buffet and there's a hair in the cheese.

This hotel(more of a hostel type) has a great location right beside the train station, which offers convenience to guests traveling from/to other places with luggage. We arrived early in the morning and could put down luggage there and went out for sight seeing first before we could check in pm. There is no elevator in the hotel and it was hard to carry luggage to go upstairs for 3rd floor. There is supposed to be internet connection but wi-fi doesn't work at all. Hotel staff didn't know how to solve the problem. We had to go out and pay for internet in train station in the end. Room is okay, quite big with simple facilities. But there's no cleaning service and the next day when we came back it was same as when we left in the morning. Music downstairs kept going on till 10pm. If you would like to rest earlier it was not possible.

Not very service-minded and taciturn person at the reception. Old facilities and worn out mattress in the bed. Several silverfish were seen on the bathroom floor. The positive thing is that the hotel is right next to the train and bus station. I arrived late at night and left at 5 am, which was a good length of time for a stay at this hotel..

très bruyant, dormir est impossible. Mais la proximité de la gare permet d'économiser beaucoup. J'ai choisi cet hôtel précisément en raison de sa proximité avec la gare. Le personnel est poli, la chambre est propre.

駅前のアパートメントホテル。コンビニも近くにあり便利です。 アパートメントホテルなので、ホテルと思うとダメです。古い3階建の建物でエレベーターはありません。防音は…。冷蔵庫やテレビは無いが金庫はある。 中庭のテーブルでくつろげるし、コーヒー紅茶のサービスコーナーがあるのが良い。スタッフは親切。

The staff are very nice, but the rooms are of a very low comforet level for the price. The bed is like an old wooden youth bed, and you can hear everything which is moving or talking in the whole building.

Struttura centrale con reception h24. Consigliato solo per soggiorni brevi, vicino alla stazione centrale da cui è possibile prendere il treno per l'aeroporto. A 5 minuti a piedi da una fornita galleria commerciale. Camera essenziale (la n.2), datata, priva di televisione e frigobar e con bagno maleodorante. Personale gentile e disponibile.

En arrivant, un jeune homme nous a aidé avec les bagages et a été très poli avec nous. En revanche, la réceptionniste (sûrement une ukrainienne) a été très désagréable, elle a même refusé de nous appeler un taxi pour pouvoir rentrer à l’hôtel. Les autres réceptionnistes quant à elles étaient plus professionnelles. La chambre était spacieuse, mais quelques appréhensions sur l’équipement : robinet douteux, et ménage non réalisé. Dommage. Il y a du positif, un peu plus de négatif mais pour "dépanner" c’est raisonnable

Paid a lot of money for one night,£91. It was really quite small and extremely basic.. No tv and no tea facilities in room..

Overall, the hotel was ok - I feel your website flatters the property as in reality, it was very basic indeed. But I rated it TERRIBLE because it was almost impossible to sleep in the property due to the inadequate curtains over the windows. They only covered 70% of the window, and let floodlight pollution in from the station; when the dawn broke the problem was worse. Impossible to sleep.

Leuk hotel, naast de busstation en op loopafstand van het centrum en de treinstation. Erg gedateerd maar wel schone kamers. Jammer, dat erg geen waterkoker op de kamer is en ook geen tv.
