Truly amazing!

Lovely hotel, great location for the castle and old town. Really nice spa/pool to relax in after day of exploring. Really nice staff and great recommendations from the concierge. All transport arranged with the hotel and the drivers were fantastic. Also Very helpful with my parents who both have wheelchairs.

Excellent staff and an excellent location. Definitely, this is the place I will first lookbat when visiting Kraków again!

The hotel is fantastic, food is great, location is superb and the staff were very friendly and welcoming

El hotel está hermoso, muy bien ubicado, caminando puedes llegar a la plaza central y a muchísimos sitios de interés. Las habitaciones son amplias, nos quedamos en una suite y tiene todos los lujos, comodidades y amenidades que puedas esperar. El desayuno es delicioso, además de muy variado. También comimos en el restaurante y fue una excelente elección. El gym y spa de la propiedad con todo lo esperado. El personal del hotel se encargó de conseguirnos una guía en español que nos dio un tour por toda la ciudad y quedamos contentísimos! Sin duda una gran experiencia, lo recomendaría mil veces!!

Das Hotel befindet sich in der Altstadt.Alles sehenswerte ist fußläufig in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Service, Sauberkeit und Gastronomie ist perfekt. Das Frühstück ein Traum. Die Atmosphäre ist ruhig und gediegen. Einfach Klasse 😃. Ein nächstes Mal wird es bestimmt geben. Parkplätze direkt unter dem Haus. Nur zu empfehlen 👍

Stunning hotel. Brilliant location. Lovely staff and amazing bar. Little let down by missed cleaning of room and not great when done (glasses not cleaned and side tables not wiped). Otherwise great. Breakfast was good choice and spa and gym great

Excellent service. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Centre sportif très bien équipé, piscine + saunas aussi très agréables. Emplacement de l'hôtel parfait: près du centre ville, du château de Wawel, du quartier juif.

Great hotel with beautiful decor and in a very convenient location. Everything was exceptionally clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the amenities were 10/10. Would definitely stay here again.
