The property was extremely clean, quiet, and homey - very disability friendly. Only wish that there was a shower curtain or privacy block of sorts since there were 3 of us sharing the only bathroom.

The location is really good just outside of the Old Town and a few mins walk from Wawel Castle
The staff were really lovely and answered all my questions and suggested things to do in the area
There was a little lounge room that anyone could use that had books and DVDs to borrow, there were DVD players in the room.
I didn’t use it but there was a computer and printer available to use in the lounge too
Would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful welcome when arriving. Excellent room with great view of the castle.
Bed really comfortable and good storage. Heating easy to operate and nice bath/shower.

Rooms were clean and modern. Very good air conditioning to address the unusual heat wave. Location was perfect for walking to Wawel Castle and the Jewish quarter. Tram literally 1/2 block away.
