First of all, you get to the room, if you can get to the room whatsoever. If your key card works. Our cards had to be recoded on average 3 times a day. We stayed over three nights. And were also blamed for keeping our cards in wrong places 0_o. We were hyped, mostly because of the location, but even if the location is awesome (mind you, by the train tracks and a very busy street), the rooms are not sound isolated anyhow, so you hear everything, inclusive the neighbors doors too. The positive was the AC, which was so loud it could to some extend deafen the outside noise. The room itself was spacious and clean, but unfortunately you could admire the room even at 6.30 in the morning, as it was no way to block the light through the windows with the automatic blinds, which the hotel is so proud of. You steer the room from the app in the phone that you get. Prepare that it will take 4 times as much time as normally it would without sucha funky system. The breakfast was meh. Even though I got the best scrambled eggs (fresh to order) in my life, the rest of the buffet (monday, not many guests i guess), was dried out, sad, lacking and the opposite of inviting. The service was slow and somewhat unprofessional, no wonder much, as for what we understood they hire students (it's cheaper?) At the check out we were offered the discount for our next stay, which we firmly declined. At this price point there are plenty of way better hotels available in Kraków.

Wonderful property. Easy access to the old town, Jewish quarter abd castle. Great transport links. Fantastic hotel, great ammenities and amazing team. Can't do enough for guests. Onsite dining is superb. Breakfasts are amazing. Can't underestimate the access to the rooftop hottub and terrace. Will definitely be back

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und das Personal ist freundlich. Die schwarze Ausstattung der Zimmer ist etwas besonderes aber gewöhnungsbedürftig. Man sieht zudem an vielen Kanten und Ecken, dass die Einrichtung langsam abgdnutzt ist. Zudem war die Bidet-Brause in der Toilette und die Saune defekt. Größter und für mich wirklich einziger wichtiger Kritikpunkt: Es war sehr heiß in Krakau und die Klimaanlage hat es nicht mehr geschafft, ausreichend zu kühlen. Angbelich wollte das Hotel das Problem über die zentrale Steuerung beheben, was aber nichts gebracht hat.

Hôtel à recommander ! Proche du vieux Cracovie, tout est accessible. Le personnel très chaleureux et accueillant. Transport entre l’hôtel et l’aéroport génial. On mange très bien au restaurant. Merci pour tout !

Fräsht och modernt hotell med toppenbra läge, gångavstånd till det mesta. Vänlig och serviceminded personal. Bra frukost där vi erbjöds tillagad mat såsom omelett, korv o bacon, gröt med frukt eller crêpes med choklad. Jacuzzi på taket. Kommer gärna tillbaka.

We found the staff friendly and helpful, the rooms spacious (although some may not love the black decor throughout), the breakfast an ideal starter to the day and the location excellent (literally 1 minute walk from the new rail station for the transfer from the airport, and a 5 min walk to the old town). The only negative was the lack of cupboards in the room to put your clothes in. You can ask for a ‘wardrobe’ to be delivered to the room but you shouldn’t have to ask - there’s plenty of room for a set of drawers. This seems to be a ‘feature’ in some hotels nowadays, sadly. We received a free bottle of bubbly on arrival and all the soft drinks in the room fridge were free and replenished daily. We had a great stay here and I would certainly recommend for the location alone.

Perus siisti hotelli, jossa hyvät palvelut. Aamupala oli hyvä. Huone oli siivottu hyvin. Valitettavasti huoneemme ilmastointia ei voinut säätää huoneesta, joka vaikutti suuresti yöpymismukavuuteen. Jouduimme joka kerta ottamaan respaan yhteyttä, jos halusimme säätää lämpötilaa (myös keskellä yötä). Yövyimme sviitissä, johon kuului oma poreamme. Harmiksemme poreammeessa oli likaa, jonka huomasimme vasta siellä ollessamme. Plussaa siitä, että henkilökunta suhtautui puutteisiin erittäin ystävällisesti ja esimerkiksi vesi vaihdettiin poreammeeseen heti ja saimme hyvitystä hinnasta ilmastoinnin vuoksi. Hieman erikoista oli se, että huoneiston parvekkeen ovea ei saanut ollenkaan lukkoon. Ainoa huono asiakaspalvelukokemus olikin respatyöntekijän kanssa, kenelle tästä sanoimme ja hän kovaan ääneen ihmetteli, miksi ihmeessä haluamme edes lukita parvekkeen oven. Teoriassa yhteiseltä terassilta olisi ollut suora pääse parvekkeellemme. Myöskään yhteisen saunan ovea ei saanut lukkoon vaikka se piti varata erikseen ja siellä piti saunoa alasti. Joku mies tuli saunaan kesken saunavuoromme, joka oli kiusallista.

Fantastisk flott hotel sentralt i byen. God frokost, hyggelig betjening og moderne rom med air condition.

Huone oli mukava ja siisti. Palvelu taas keskinkertaista. Olin maksamassa hotellia paikallisessa valuutassa, mutta respan työntekijä neuvoi, että kannattaa maksaa omassa valuutassa, koska se tulee edullisemmaksi. Ihmettelin tätä, mutta luotin työntekijään. Kun jälkeenpäin tarkastin asian, maksoin 50 euroa enemmän tämän neuvon takia. Aamiaisella oli useampana päivänä tarjoilut vähissä, jos ei mennyt tarpeeksi aikaisin paikalle. Muutoin hotelli oli hyvä ja sijainti erinomainen ja rauhallinen. Lentokentältä junalla tullessa hotelli on aivan juna-aseman vieressä, mikä oli kiva.

The Loft was a wonderful and relaxing hotel for our stay in Krakow. For the first time of us staying in Poland, this was a fantastic experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and they provided great bath products for us to use in the shower. We enjoyed the breakfast at their restaurant, the restaurant in general, as well as the spacious rooms with air conditioning and tv. We recommend this hotel 100% and will be back.

Ystävällinen ja auttavainen henkilökunta, toki tähänkin löytyi ravintolasta poikkeus, hieman ylimielisen oloinen tyttö. Mutta hän oli poikkeus.
