Check in 只有一位男士在服務，看起來真的疲累無助。管理階層應該要設法安排更多（2-3人）前台服務人員！

Everything is fine but only don't understand that hotel always says the meeting space is operated by another team and difficult to get correct information. It's very strange as I'm dealing with the hotel and they should organize it.

Good hotel and price also good value. The only problem would be renting the meeting space. Really hope the hotel can provide a more clear pricing.

雖然離車站同shopping Mall有少少遠，但係酒店都係一流

Magnífico hotel en Varsovia con muy buenas vistas de la ciudad. Tiene 19 plantas así que recomiendo pedir habitación en las más altas para disfrutar de unas buenas vistas. Está todo muy limpio y ordenado. Ofrecen agua, café y té de cortesía. El personal no habla español pero están dispuestos a ayudar con lo que surja. La cama era muy cómoda y tienen cortinas opacas que tapan completamente la luz del sol. Se agradece mucho porque en Varsovia amanece muy pronto y, al no tener persianas, la luz solar te podría despertar muy pronto. Muy cerca del hotel hay un tradicional bar de leche, donde se puede comer bien y barato. En la zona hay restaurantes que cierran tarde o incluso 24 horas, así que la hora de cenar tampoco es un problema.

Antes de llegar recibo un mensaje extraño del hotel. Nunca he recibido un mensaje así y no me gustó porque no tenía sentido.

My experience this time was unfortunately not great. In the past, I have always stayed on the higher floors, but this time I was assigned a room on the 5th floor. The street noise was extremely annoying, it felt as if the traffic was right inside my room. I am also a Marriott Gold member, but I did not receive the room upgrade that I have typically received based on my status. In addition, the receptionist was not particularly helpful, welcoming, or understanding. I got the impression that they were not happy because i booked through Hotels.com. Late in the evening, I requested a room change because I simply could not tolerate the noise. The hotel did move me to another room, but it was only on the 6th floor and on the same side of the building, so the issue was the same…. Since I was only staying for one night while passing through, I did not want to make a bigger issue out of it. However, this experience has made me reconsider staying here again. Next time, I will choose a different hotel, and I will make sure to book directly through Marriott to ensure that my loyalty status is properly managed and valued.

Great hotel overall. It’s not new and it shows, but it’s a very good hotel overall. Breakfast, staff, location and amenities perfect. We had access the the executive lounge, having your food and drinks there a sunset was the perfect skyline experience.
