Receptionen sikrede et godt ophold med god information til kollegaer og til os.
Jeg spiser glutenfrit og det blev serveret helt naturligt uden at køkkenet skulle rykkes.
Tak for at give mig en blomsterbuket på min fødselsdag - lækker middag på terrassen med meget god betjening.
Hotellet er centralt placeret på torvet - bilen stod på Hotellets P-gade i kort gå afstand

We traveled with our 23 month old and it was a great stay. We upgraded to the suite, so that was helpful with independent sleep and it was very spacious. They provided a pack and play and a bathtub at my request. The property is within the castle grounds so you cannot drive all the way up to the hotel. But the parking & underground parking is a short walk away. Has an elevator and instructions were clear on how to get there and the staff was amazing. Breakfast was delicious, with a buffet style and you can order some fresh eggs and ham on the side. Location is so good as you're right in the middle of everything! This hotel was recommended by my friend and I would definitely continue recommending this place to others!

Super bem localizado no centro histórico, restaurante indicado pelo Guia Michelin, equipe de funcionários prestativa. É um hotel boutique mas devido as limitações de espaço creio não conta com amenidades como uma academia. A decoração do hotel é bem bonita e o café da manhã excelente com diversas opções de qualidade. Os quartos usam algodão egípcio e o roupão disponível no quarto é um dos melhores que já experimentei.

Beautiful property. We have stayed here before. Well located. Nice breakfast. Terrible omelets. Overcooked.
Good amenities. The only bad thing is bathroom lighting. It is WAY to dark over mirror. The hand mirror did not light up. They need shower mats as shower is very slippery!

Perfect location in city center. Parking was "just off site" but VERY convenient. Breakfast was simple and included on rate, but great and in beautiful restaurant. Room was fantastic, even when my view was not overlooking the square. Wonderful choice for your stay

This hotel is like stepping back in time. It is beautiful and is located on the main square of the old city. However it is very quiet and safe. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but it is a Michelin restaurant and is very beautiful. The breakfast they served in the morning was amazing. The room was very clean and in good condition. The wall thermostat needed some repair but it still worked just fine. The art work in the room and halls was beautiful. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
