I checked in late, was quick & easy.  Tired after a long day of traveling, I went to my nice double((king size bed) lakeside view room but neighbours were making loads of noise at 9:15pm.  Could hear everything as walls very thin. Tried calling reception but no answer, had to go back down to reception,  I was being seen to, by same man, he explained to the manager my situation but then 3 other already checked in guest turned up.  I was left feeling frustrated for what seemed like 5 minutes and just wanted to go to sleep.  I was given a new key card by the manager, unfortunately my room was facing the inside with twin beds, which were very firm & uncomfortable.  I nearly fell out of the bed.  There was no kettle in the room? Had to boil a pan of water to make a hot drink.  There was long hairs on the floor in the bedroom & bathroom.  The breakfast was just ok for me.  Their rule was that you had to wear a swimming cap to use the jacuzzi & spa area.  That you had to buy, I can not wear a cap due to my hairstyle, therefore could not use the spa.  The house keepers were very noisy from 8am.  I was there 2 nights & my room wasn’t cleaned.  I asked for late check out on departure day but was advised I could not on the room i was in!  At check out I handed over my key, was not asked if everything was okay with my stay?  I had 2 X cases and struggling with shopping and none of the 2 people at the check in desk asked if I needed help when leaving.
