호텔 모나코

주차가 호텔바로앞에 할수있어 편함 엘레베이터있으나 경사로와 계단몇개있음. 하지만 스텝들이 도와줘서 문제없음....

Nice staff. Accommodation clean and comfortable but the place is worn and tired and in need of a refurb. It's very dated. We returned to our room to find the bathroom flooded and water pouring from the floor above.

Facilities are a bit dated, especially the elevator/electrical outlets etc. Staff was friendly and helpful—good food downstairs.

love how close it is to the airport and the staff are sooo lovely. I have stayed here a few times during my travels

Great hotel, friendly staff especially Maria and Manuella at the bar. And reception desk. Very helpful

2 night stay to catch plane at Faro

Dieses Hotel hat definitiv keine 4* verdient. Es ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Für eine Nacht in der Nähe zum Flughafen ok, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt wohl eher weniger zu empfehlen.

The property was ok. Everything was a bit dated. The pool wasn't well maintained and the breakfast wasn't good. But overall, it was affordable and clean.

on ma fait payer deux fois les taxe de séjour.. le réceptionnistes rien voulue savoie même avec des preuves de paiement.. Des arnaques... Petit-déjeuner médiocre.. Pour finir se faire reveiller par le camion éboueurs qui hurlent à 4h00 du mation génial. 😬 Hotel Monaco à éviter...

We only stayed ine night. Arrived Faro at 23.00hrs so needed a hotel close to the airport before journeying on to our holiday location the next day. This hotel did the job. We didnt stay long enough to look around. The room was clean, breakfast was good and the staff were pleasant, which is really all you can ask for.

Super dårlig service

Hotel is a bit dated. Ok for somewhere to get your head down for a few hours before an early flight. However was noisy.

I checked in late, was quick & easy. Tired after a long day of traveling, I went to my nice double((king size bed) lakeside view room but neighbours were making loads of noise at 9:15pm. Could hear everything as walls very thin. Tried calling reception but no answer, had to go back down to reception, I was being seen to, by same man, he explained to the manager my situation but then 3 other already checked in guest turned up. I was left feeling frustrated for what seemed like 5 minutes and just wanted to go to sleep. I was given a new key card by the manager, unfortunately my room was facing the inside with twin beds, which were very firm & uncomfortable. I nearly fell out of the bed. There was no kettle in the room? Had to boil a pan of water to make a hot drink. There was long hairs on the floor in the bedroom & bathroom. The breakfast was just ok for me. Their rule was that you had to wear a swimming cap to use the jacuzzi & spa area. That you had to buy, I can not wear a cap due to my hairstyle, therefore could not use the spa. The house keepers were very noisy from 8am. I was there 2 nights & my room wasn’t cleaned. I asked for late check out on departure day but was advised I could not on the room i was in! At check out I handed over my key, was not asked if everything was okay with my stay? I had 2 X cases and struggling with shopping and none of the 2 people at the check in desk asked if I needed help when leaving.

Very inefficient check in. Despite available personnel in the back office only one member of the staff took care ot the front desk. Lead to long wait. Room was tired and had a distinct smell of smoke. Pool area was also very tired and in need of freshening up as the rest of the hotel. Good location since it is close to the airport but you need a car.

Los cuartos muy cómodos. Lo único que agregaría es variar un poco el desayuno.

Quite far from the airport, no amenities around so you have to get a taxi into town for restaurants. We had to request a room change as our initial room absolutely stank of smoke. The receptionist was great but overworked, it looked like her Supervisor was in the office behind her but did nothing to alleviate the queue of 6 customers check in - that was disappointing. Took us 45mins to check in.

Mold in shower, ripped curtains, no in room yea things. Breakfast coffee was worst I’ve ever tasted. Shuttle service not frequent, then Cab to airport only takes cash!!!

The only negative was the patio door in room 302 did not latch or lock - otherwise a good property close to Faro Airport
