All things are ok, specially for breakfast service. But we need to wait rooms still when check in after 2 pm.

Everything is very exquisite and up to the level of the brand

The longest check in time I’ve ever experienced, even though I checked in online prior to traveling. The bar staff were rude. There was a large event in the bar on the first night and we didn’t feel welcome at all. Then they tried closing the bar early as they had been ‘so busy’ with the private party. After complaining they begrudgingly let us have a drink. Won’t be visiting again I’m afraid.

Helpful hotel staff and a beautiful modern hotel

Had a nice stay but we were celebrating an anniversay and had to speak to front desk about this on day 2 which was dissapointing as we indicated this on our booking. Swimming pool was nice to relax and spa area. Overall had a good 3 days.

Hotel 5 etoiles qui n en est pas un : rideau taché, tapis défraîchi, moquette des couloirs sale et clicclzc dans la suite avec un.matrlas inexistant de 5cm. Sinon silencieux, bonne clim et bien sejour bien passé

There is no privacy to take a shower if traveling with friends and family since there is no shower door and no bathroom door. It was terrible trying to shower under these conditions since others can see you naked while showering. Also, was unable to get a key card to enter the room since their system was down the entire day. Had to wait for a front desk receptionist to escort you up to open the door each time you wanted to enter the room and they were short staff leaving a 17 year old at the front desk to deal with this on her own in the evening. This is poor management. Stay away and go to the Intercontinental up the block since it is much better and have adequate staff onsite.

La piscine était inaccessible le jour de l’arrivée, les infrastructures sont vieillissantes, le petit déjeuner est moyen. Heureusement, le personnel est très sympathique et serviable

Beautiful modern hotel right in the center of lisbon. 15 minutes to the airport. Very walkable but ez to the metro and lots of cheap ride shares. Great outdoors space with a pool. Loved this place!

This hotel should not be considers by families, unless you get the large suite. We paid for a junior suite and although the size was alright, the configuration of the room was all wrong. There were absolutely NO USB outlets in the suite we stayed in For the price we paid, we really believe we should have received a much better suite. The towel guy at the pool was constantly harassing guests for cards/towels.. The location was the only plus for us during our stay. Convenient and quick access to public transport

Chambre spacieuse et propre, personnels sympathiques, souriants et à l’écoute de nos besoins. Transports à proximité. Et piscine très agréable après une bonne journée de visite. Seul point négatif : les chambres sont mal insonorisées…

Nice hotel on a good location, not in the busy touris

Average stay at this hotel. Check in was okay, the person at check in was very indifferent, not rude but not polite. I really appreciate extra special touches offered by staff/hotels - it can enhance your experience so much - but it was entirely missing from this stay. I felt a little slighted with the unexpected extra charges for our family room. I would not stay here again for my next visit.

Beautiful modern hotel with great pool

The bed was uncomfortable and hard. However, the most annoying thing was that the soap dispensers and toilet paper were constantly empty. The toilet brush was also broken. Not only did this mean that we couldn't use it, but it also suggests that the cleaning staff hadn't used it either... Great service at the reception and restaurant. The lifeguard, however, acted more as if we were intruders in his territory :)

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'hôtel, la chambre était très confortable, la présence d'une salle de sport est appréciable ainsi que la piscine après les longues journées à marcher dans Lisbonne. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Nous déplorons simplement de ne pouvoir connecter notre compte Netflix ou Prime sur la télé, contrairement à d'autres hôtels.
