There was a used condom wrapper upstairs in the loft. I killed 1 cockroach, there is black mould everywhere.....they should shut this place down...contact the health authorities

Le complexe est dans un état de laisser aller. La piscine ne donne vraiment pas envie de s’y baigner. Notre chambre n’était pas très propre, la salle de bains remplie de moisissures. La chambre n’a pas été nettoyée, nous avions pourtant demandé à une dame qui s’occupe de l’inspection après le passage des femmes de ménage si il était possible de nettoyer notre chambre comme nous allions partie, elle a confirmé que oui. Nous avons signalé le manquement à deux réceptionnistes qui n’en avaient que faire. L’une d’elle devait nous mettre des serviettes propres dans la chambre, nous avons dû y retourner pour les récupérer. Il y a tout de même des points positifs : le petit déjeuner est excellent et la localisation est parfaite.

Fantastic ocean-side compound with a pool, sunbathing balcony, bar, and restaurant. Property may be a bit rundown on the outside but is perfectly functional, especially for the price. Highly recommended!

Although the room itself was clean, the grounds were so unkempt, paths were covered in landscape debris stuff

The property was a little run down and a bit sketchy. Rooms were clean and very close to the ocean. Breakfast was amazing.

This one is a bittersweet review. The staff as amazing, helpful and professional. Their breakfast was really outstanding with variety of options and all fresh. Dining views are great as they face the water. Now, the bitter....place is outdated. Need landscaper and grounds need serios TLC. PLACE HAS POTENTIAL. Overall, place was good but its also much further from lisbon than it looks. As of today's date and if you'replanning on visiting Lisbon, do note, it is not close. To get to the Arch(main Plaza), its about 15-20 euros each way. Accessible by train but you'll have to walk at least 10 mins to take it. Again, place has it's strengths, but needs updating.

No wifi in the room and absolutely no empathy from the desk personnel to mitigate it. When I told her, she just said "Yea, we know there is no wifi, you must come to the reception to have wifi". Really annoying response.

Séjour incroyable, hôtel face à la mer, le petit déjeuner est incroyable, délicieux et très divers. Je recommande fort !! Très reposant et paisible. Les dames de ménages sont souriantes, de bonnes humeurs et hyper serviables.

O quarto não tinha WIFI

Os quartos não têm wifi o que acaba por limitar a vida e planificação do trabalho, dado esta ter sido uma deslocação de trabalho
