设备简陋，浴室发霉了

位放斜坡上，拉行李箱很吃力；中央空調，只有大廳有冷氣，房間內沒有空調，不建議打開窗戶，房間鄰近電車。房間內只有一個插頭。

酒店位置相当好，窗户就能看到大教堂！28路电车每天从窗外经过！店主Andrea非常热情！为我们介绍了里斯本好看好玩的地方，还告诉我们哪里停车最便宜！尤其是她推荐的几家餐馆都非常的好吃！下次来里斯本一定还住在这里！！

Luggage storage

I really enjoyed staying there. Right in the heart of the old city. It was clean and nice, no issues. Will go back next time I am in Portugal.

One of the bathrooms was out of service so there was one bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) for at least 6 rooms. There was always a line for the bathroom and not uncommon to wait 20+ minutes. Because there was only one bathroom is very not clean. There were fake eyelashes stuck to the mirror, napkins in the toilet, and just kinda dirty. Also it’s very loud. We could hear everything happening through the space even with our door closed. We’re very glad we only stayed here one night.

slightly dated - especially private bathroom ... but the room was nice. lobby did not have locks for securely storing storage before check-in or after check-out. Also, when we came in for early check-in noone answered the bell for 10 minutes (the maid who greets people for early check-in was cleaning other rooms) - we were worried no one would open the door!

Location is good! Walkable. Not far from the bus stop.

The room has mold infestation, I developed allergy after a night there. It was quite noisy and smelly due to poor soundproofing, lack of ventilation and proximity of a restaurant kitchen

Great stay with prime location, close to everything but bathroom needed to a bit more ventilation.

Rapport qualité prix excellent , très bien situé, personnel très courtois, possibilité de laisser bagages sur place. Ce n’est pas le ritz carlton mais confortable et toute les nécessités sur place

We could not check in to our apartment until 4pm so stayed at this hotel after our plane landed early morning until 12 noon. The hotel went above and beyond to assist us including permitting us to store our suitcases with them for the day. Really impressed!

The place has a good location. The room was okay, but the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Bathrooms and common areas were fine, but the kitchen needs improvements. The key didn’t work, and reception didn’t give me the entry code, so I was stuck outside for 25 minutes. I called and messaged, but no one answered. Location is good, but communication needs a lot of improvement.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location is perfect, right in the middle of everything.

Room was okay, wall were completely paper thin and you could hear every single thing your neighbor was doing. Cleaning crew started vacuuming around 7:00 AM and kept us yo the entire morning even though check-out wasn’t’t until!12:00.

Está en una zona excelente, el lugar tiene una buena relación precio calidad, sin embargo creo que algunos espacios compartidos, colapsan con ocupación completa

Services are good, walk 5 minutes to downtown
