One of the bathrooms was out of service so there was one bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) for at least 6 rooms. There was always a line for the bathroom and not uncommon to wait 20+ minutes. Because there was only one bathroom is very not clean. There were fake eyelashes stuck to the mirror, napkins in the toilet, and just kinda dirty. Also it’s very loud. We could hear everything happening through the space even with our door closed. We’re very glad we only stayed here one night.

slightly dated - especially private bathroom ... but the room was nice.
lobby did not have locks for securely storing storage before check-in or after check-out.
Also, when we came in for early check-in noone answered the bell for 10 minutes (the maid who greets people for early check-in was cleaning other rooms) - we were worried no one would open the door!

The room has mold infestation, I developed allergy after a night there. It was quite noisy and smelly due to poor soundproofing, lack of ventilation and proximity of a restaurant kitchen

We could not check in to our apartment until 4pm so stayed at this hotel after our plane landed early morning until 12 noon. The hotel went above and beyond to assist us including permitting us to store our suitcases with them for the day. Really impressed!

Room was okay, wall were completely paper thin and you could hear every single thing your neighbor was doing. Cleaning crew started vacuuming around 7:00 AM and kept us yo the entire morning even though check-out wasn’t’t until!12:00.

This lodging is very affordable and simple. It was conveniently located in the historic district of Alfama. We felt very safe staying here. We booked the room with kitchenette. There was a mini fridge, sink, stove, microwave, and basic dishes and glassware. Although the unit has a window, it opens onto a dark alleyway, so we kept the curtains closed our entire stay. There was also a strong odor of mold, though everything about the unit seemed clean.

Very convenient for getting around Lisbon; a stone throw from the Cathedral and Lisbon’s many eateries. We had a concrete floor (no tiles on top) which couldn’t be cleaned properly so we constantly had gritty feet otherwise the room was clean and the bed was made daily. Towels not changed daily though.

We enjoyed our stay. A few items needed, fans in all rooms, the kitchen needed a sharp knife you could cut with, eg tomato , a dishwasher that worked. A hair dryer, even if that was on request from staff to use in bathroom. An iron and board on request to use. Rooms were noisy being on the tram street. Towels hanged each day as they ran out . Staff were great. Supermarket nearby. Transport near.

Spacious bathroom, kitchen with top stove, microwave and tea cattle. Rich bath towels and the amazing hospitality of the receptionist and the fact that they stored our luggage until check in time. I only would like to provide better instructions of how to access the place when you arrive earlier than reception hours because we arrived around 9:30am and didn’t know what to do to store the luggage until the cleaning lady opened for us when we kept knocking on the door

Awesome receptionist who is very kind and accommodating. Unfortunately the rooms were in poor condition. In the first room, the bedding was yellow from sweat stains. There are many holes in the walls and tiles missing which ends up feeling very grimy and looks like a great place for pests to hide. The photos in the pictures don’t show what it actually looks like, they must be one room which I did not see. AC was broken. The pillows were very lumpy and I could tell they had been slept on for years. This place has a lot of potential but needs several renovations and new linens and pillows. It seems like the owner needs to invest more in the hotel if they want to run a quality establishment. Staff and location was excellent.
