Great, convenient location to historic town, pier, restaurants and bars, nice, clean room, helpful staff and most of all great rooftop bar and breakfast with small pool.

Hotel is conveniently located near the old town and mamy restaurants. Breakfast is delicious and the view on rooftop is nice.
Room is clean but the water draining from the bathtub is slow.

Wir hatten ab 20:00 Uhr abends einen Stromausfall bis Mitternacht. Es gab also weder Strom noch Klimaanlage. Das Personal überfordert und hatte keine Lösung parat. Auf der anderen Straßenseite hatten alle Hotels Licht.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting Faro. Roof terrace is very nice and we were even able to get a sun lounger. Would have liked some shade though, umbrellas please. Had lunch and it was good. Room was spacious, bed comfortable, good sized bathroom and decent shower. Also it’s in a very good location.

The rooftop was great with fab views of the harbour and breakfast was good. The room was basic but comfortable.
The pool is quite small and can get a little overcrowded. Excellent spot for visiting Faro. Don’t miss the boat trip on the Ria Formosa. Really worth visiting .

We have stayed at Hotel Faro many times over recent years and generally found it very comfortable. Although some of the rooms are very small, this is manageable for one night.
The main issue on this visit was the breakfast offering. Previously this has been excellent but it just wasn't up to thd usual standard this time.

Centrally located hotel within easy walking distance to town centre. Decent breakfast
(special shoutout to the guy who made the omlette!). The rooms were a decent size and clean. Only complaint is that there was an odd smell in the corridors.
