Hotel is conveniently located near the old town and mamy restaurants. Breakfast is delicious and the view on rooftop is nice. Room is clean but the water draining from the bathtub is slow.

It was very basic for the price, and please don’t listen to peoples review about the breakfast it was very trash.

place is very accessible the main problema only is the heating in the room cannot adjust the heater and uts cold at night.. and since we are close in the main city we can hear the people talking and shouting on the road … but its nice place it just the heating and noise maybe because it weekends lots of drunk peoplle

Hi, This hotel had a nice entrance and well located to train and bus stations . The room was small and clean but we had a terrible view. Well equipped with mini fridge, safe . The breakfast was excellent and was served on the top floor of hotel with a nice view of the marina. I would stay at this hotel again but would request the non construction side of hotel (Expedia Platinum) David from the Rock🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦

We stayed at the Occidental Faro

Hotellet har en god beliggenhed med mulig for parkering i kælderen. Morgenmadsbuffeten er stor og varieret og værelserne i god standard.

O quarto estava bom. Tive um problema com o ralo do chuveiro que estava entupido e o hotel foi muito solicito para oferecer outro quarto. O cafe da manha tinha bastante variedade tambem.

No hot water in the evening

Front desk/reception will not answer the phone, we had several issues during our stay. We reserved a room for three adults and the room was not ready when we arrived, we had to ask for an extra bed and an extra set of towels (by talking to the front desk people since they do not answer the phone). There was a lot of ants in the bathtub and the room seem very overpriced for what it is. Breakfast was decent though.

Hotel was good but Faro is just ok.

Good standard. Clean and nice. Quite firm bed which I personally think is positive. Very nice rooftop restaurant and bar. The breakfast buffet was very good, much like a Swedish or Norwegian hotel breakfast.

Fint hotell. Dock väcktes vi mitt i natten av soundcheck av nattklubbsljudet inför nyårsnatten. Det var så högt att det skakade i vårt rum med stängdafönster. Så nattsömnen blev så där!!

Facilities in rooms were good, the rooftop restaurant and breakfast were special. However don’t believe their soundproofing claim - we had bad noise from outside clubs and bars which went on all night. There was also noise from above from scraping chairs and tables. The hotel has little atmosphere and unfortunately the staff all missed the customer service training.

My shower flooded my bathroom (I took a normal, ~7 min shower). Staff were combative in dealing with me. Eventually I was given a new room that also had problems (the sink didn’t work) but I was too fearful of the staff to report anything further.
