The photos on the booking website were very misleading compared to the actual condition of the hotel. I arrived shorty after midnight and was fortunate that there was still someone at the front desk. When I asked if drinking water was available, I was told that tap water in the room was safe to drink. However, there wasn't a single glass provided-not even a cup for brushing teeth-so I had no idea how I was supposed to drink the water. The room itself was extremely run-down. The carpet was stained and dirty, and both the bathroom door and other door frames were damage. The entire room felt neglected, old, and frankly quite unsettling. The front desk staff showed no expression-not exactly rude, but certainly not welcoming either. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location right next to the underground station, which makes transportation convenient. Unfortunately, I will not be staying here again.

It is just right in front of the metro station which is situated in a quiet safe and clean neighborhood. The hostel itself is a bit old with insufficient sockets to charge our phones and cameras， there was one under the window (behind the curtain) and one hidden behind the bed， which u need to pull the bed away from wall to reach it. It has free wifi. breakfast inclusive dont expect much， but it can fill u up. Overall this place is ok.

Subway accesibility right at the door. Exceptional staff ready to help. A little noisy at night on the face of the building due to a bar

This is a hotel with a nice lobby but very very old rooms. It is only for sleeping. Good value and price. But even by European standards, very stained and dingy. We were safe though and well located.

The room was dark with the lights on. The staff couldn't solve my problem.

Great for the budget. Air conditioning was good, breakfast satisfactory and room cleaned every day

Aucune propreté (bac à douche avec des poils présents et moquette dégueulasse - je ne marchait pas pied nu). J'ai réservé deux chambres pour deux nuits. Nous ne sommes pas restés la seconde nuit.

Old and dirty rooms, carpets. Air conditioning didn’t work in the first room, and barely in the second. Beware of hotels that have a lot of pictures of their pretty lobby, it’s to misdirect you.

Only the bed linen and breakfast were acceptable...The reception people do their best, but...The room maids are not at all prepared for the job; they do not even respect the signal "Do not disturb."

Bem localizado

This place was a complete dump and dive and is clearly false advertising. The room was absolutely disgusting full of mold, horrible carpet, stains, crumbling, plaster, grout missing in all the tiles in the bathroom the bed sheets look like they’ve been slept in. Nothing like the pictures. It was absolutely horrific and couldn’t stay there left the same day.

The only good thing about this property is the Metro station is 100 feet from the front door

Otroligt trångt rum. 15 cm mellan vägg och sängen att gå på till toaletten. Inga krokar att hänga handdukar på och luftkonditionering funkade inte. Frukosten väl värd priset. Fräscht varje morgon

Stone-throw away from the airport, which can be reached easily by bus (2 euro !). Nice restaurants and young vibe around neighbourhood.

Absolutely disgusting property. Visible mold all throughout the bathroom and bedroom, room door was partially off the hinges, air conditioner didn't work, no coverings on the room light, broken trash can, stained carpet, phone did not work, I could go on and on. Staff said there was no maintenance on duty so there was nothing they could do to help (though I'm not sure what maintenance could do in a property so poorly kept). We immediately left and had to stay someone else, which I've never had to do before. I'm shocked hotels.com allows this kind of dump on their site and would have expected far more.
