Old tired room Tour group hotel

Great location! It’s always nice when a hotel is in a safe, lively neighborhood where you can walk around at night and feel comfortable.

Decent hotel but some issues. Bathroom randomly let out a sewage smell twice. And we had no hot water the last morning. Breakfast and the balcony were nice though.

Staff veryhelpfull and polite

This property is showing its age, worn floors, bathroom door bottoms warped, black mold in corners of shower unit and bathroom floors, black marks on room and hallway walls. On the positive side the area is within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and parks. The hotel has an excellent breakfast buffet, roof top bar and restaurant, and excellent, caring staff. The check-in process can be trying. Many tour groups use this hotel for their overnight stays making the checking in process difficult. Have to show/scan your passport to verify your room reservation which adds to the delay. With the notice given by the tour groups of the number of rooms needed it should not take 3 hours to get your room key. After flying for 6 to 8 hours or longer, one does not want to wait in the lobby for 3 or more hours. We saw many travelers sleeping in chairs in the lounge areas while waiting for their rooms.

Nothing special but overall is ok

Didn't like that hotel do not provide drinking water in their rooms. You have to buy it. Also there was no electric outlet in the bathroom to plug the air dryer. Other than that the hotel is OK.

Vi hade ett stort fint rum med mycket utrymme och förvaring. Bra frukost med en hel del att välja på. Vi uppskattade att det fanns isvatten i entrén. Nära till busshållplats och några minuters promenad till den klassiska Spårvagn 24

Great stay (5 days 4 nights)for the family of 2 adults and 2 children for 2 double bedrooms. Approx. 10 mins walk away from Eduardo VII Park with big LISBOA sign with lots of tourist stop by and grab pictures. Just south of the park (add another 5mins walk) is the Marques De Pombal Square if you decide to take the Hop on and Hop off buses to get to the tourist spots around Lisbon or public transport. Hotel close by hypermarket/grocery Pingo Doce 6-10mins approx walk. Both rooms were clean and replenished/tidied when requested. Breakfast and restaurant staff were great, HOWEVER staying 5 days seems appalling like the hot protein meals were the same like sauage and scrambled eggs which can be a turn off for others, strongly suggest get them rotated every other day. Fruits, pastries and hot vegetable were alternated. Hot cafes were soothingly nice. Overall decent stay, thank you SMY.

Muy buen hotel! Céntrico, el servicio y la habitación muy cómoda! Muy muy positivo: todo el kit q le dejan a unos en el baño! 100 puntos por eso! No dejen de hacerlo!
