Everything is quite nice but just don't get it why the door of room is Super Heavy. Door of room is very hard to open, especially pull. I think they need to change a new door chain parts.

Close to train station

Lighting of the rooms is weird and not enough. Some staffs are not helpful and quite passive as service industry.

退房前的早上，下樓吃早餐時，房務人員提早打開連通房的外門，之後並未關上，內部的房間門只有掩著未上鎖的狀態，雖然初步檢查應該沒有掉東西，但覺得客房管理需要再加強 房間的裝潢屬現代風，洗手台在外面，淋浴間跟馬桶是獨立隔間，床可以調整高度，飯店早餐滿好吃 從機場或火車站建議搭計程車，最近的地鐵站外有個大斜坡，步行至老城區約15分鐘，過馬路有自助洗衣店

The hotel in general was good for the money However I had booked a double bed, only to find that have been given 2 single beds. This impacted my sleep as I had a CPAP machine, which meant I needed to be on the single bed beside the desk. This made sleeping very uncomfortable as I kept thinking that I might hit my head on the desk while asleep.

Schlange und Wartezeit beim Frühstück waren nicht gut . Sonst alles gut .

Hotel iş near a train station, modern & high tech with Robot services but didn’t get a chance to see it worked for us. Room is clean daily. Door jamb broken but never fixed. The lady receptionist at front during arrival time is not welcoming & unprofessional when it comes to dealing with customer’s concern about door jamb. She told us that it’s normal & even in our own house that something can be broken (very unprofessional response) & according to whoever checked that there’s nothing to worry about our safety because nobody won’t be able to open or break into. No chance to fix it because we have our stuff inside so I asked her what shall we do because we don’t feel comfortable. She offered the same size of room in the higher floor which is below the rooftop Bar & she said, it will be noisy, so it’s up to us. I told her how about another room available & she said we will have to pay extra. She wasn’t very helpful & accommodating.

Nooit eerder gebruikt gemaakt van een Yotel, maar ik was aangenaam verrast. Keurig nette kamers, goede faciliteit (koffie/thee te maken/koelkastje), heerlijk bed en privé parkeerplaats tegen betaling. Hierom hadden wij gekozen.

Overall, the service and facilities were excellent. I really liked it — it’s a simple yet chic and very clean hotel

El cuarto no reflejaba lo visto en las fotos. La parte del baño no tenía la intimidad necesaria.

Super hôtel! Chambre super bien insonorisé et le petit déjeuner sur place était bien :) emplacement parfait pour faire le haut de la ville, tout est accessible à pied. Stationnement sur place intéressant également, merci !
