Straßenlärm die ganze Nacht - zudem hält die Straßenbahn direkt vorm Hotel und fährt auch nachts , an Schlaf war bei gekipptem Fenster nicht zu denken , auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern war es noch laut . Schlecht verteilte Steckdosen im Zimmer , keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad , die Schiebetür der Dusche ließ nur einen extrem schmalen Einstieg in die Dusche zu - da darf man nicht übergewichtig sein. Free Tv : nur 3 deutschsprachige Sender ( RTL , RTL II und Voxup

I stayed here for a week and the access to transat could not be beat, literally right outside the door! There is a mall near by with a grocery store so we were able to keep food in our room which was handy. Was tough getting towels and had to ask for toilet paper but other then that service was great, most of the team spoke excellent English.

Dejligt hotel lige ved central metro stop. Alt det basale tilbydes på værelset. Rummet er dejlig støjsvag mod gang og andre værktøjer. Yderst hjælpsom personale. Kan anbefales når man ser på prisen er det et sikkert godt valg.

Hotel nella media , ottima posizione vicinissimo alla metro e fermata bus, da dove in 20 minuti si raggiunge il centro. Stanze retro' ma confortevole.

An sich war alles in Ordnung, Personal auch ganz nett gewesen, einzige was fragwürdig war ist das nach Schimmel stinkende Badezimmer. Da könnten sie sich ein bisschen mehr mühe geben bei sauber machen. An sonst für ein 3 Sterne Hotel ganz OK. Restaurant in ug fand ich auch sehr schön, styleisch

Hotel is just in front of public transport stop which made it easy to move around the city The staff could definetly improve their customer service, the front desk guy almost looked mad at us just for being there, he was not polite and didn't want to help much. I asked nicely to have two room keys and he immediately said no. The hotel charges €14/day for the parking which is just the front street. But one block away you can park for free on weekends or pay during the week really cheap.

Personál na recepcii bol veľmi milý,priateľský, ochotný,gay friendly. Poloha hotela bola super 7 min od centra mesta, 10 min pešo od nákupného centra,v tesnej blízkosti hotela sa nachádzalo množstvo reštaurácií a podnikov. Zamrzelo ma len, že terasa hotela bola v rekonštrukcii,postupne hotel renovuju. Na izbách nieje klíma ale v ČR nieje tak teplo ako na SK tak to bolo znesitelne. Na izbe bola smart tv,zatemnovacie závesy

Hotel was nice, room was comfortable, no fans, no ac. Breakfast was ok, bread was hard, fruits and cold cuts were good. sadly the bar was closed but there was a bar at the restaurant it closed at 9. Overall nice hotel for the price conveniently the tram stop was right in front of hotel, inconveniently you can hear it all night since windows had to be wide open

Personal impression: Nice little hotel not to far from the center with good public transport connection. The breakfast is quite spartanic and probably not for people caring about healthy options. The restaurant has zero vegetarian offers but may be a good choice for meat lovers. Rooms are cosy, clean and well maintained, though rather noisy due to car traffic around the area, and windows that seem to be not tight at all. There is a rooftop bar which I did not visit.

Pese a que en la descripción del horario de servicio en recepción afirma que está abierto 24 horas, esto no es cierto, es necesario que llegues antes de las 8 pm para hacer check in. En nuestro caso tuvimos que pasar la noche en la sala de recepción hasta el día siguiente a las 8 am hora en que llegó la persona de recepción que fue muy amable pero insensible a sus errores igual cobro la estancia, sólo nos permitió permanecer hasta las 11 am hora límite para hacer check out. También realizó un cargo extra de 100 coronas checas por un impuesto local.
