Locate near the old town and close to metro station. But got v bad experience when we have just arrived, one of the male staff insist carrying our baggages to our room which we didn't ask for. We want to ask some questions to the reception counter but he already took away our baggages and you can guess why. He asked for tips once we arrive the hotel room and sadly we don't have Ron and have no choice but have to give him large Euro note as we didn't have small changes. Felt so bad especially after our long haul tiring flight!!! What a four stars hotel "qualities" serive! I won't recommend this hotel!

THIS IS AN OLD BUILDING NEAR OLD TOWN, LOTS OF RESTAURANT AROUND, I STAY IN THE HOTEL FOR A WEEK, NO AIR-CONDITIONING AT NIGHT BECAUSE OF AIR-CONDITIONING BROKE DOWN. YOU CAN GET A BETTER DEAL IN THE HOTEL NEARBY

Clean Room

Saubere Zimmer, ärgerlich waren die Türen zwischen den unterschiedlichen Zimmern, daher waren die Zimmer hellhörig. Wir hatten ein Baby und unsere Nachbarn waren jüngere Damen (Schüler?) die nachts gegen die Tür klopften. Unser Klodeckel fehlte. Frühstück war vollkommen in Ordnung, leider nur wenig Brotauswahl. Ansonsten total sauber und sehr zentral. Personal sehr freundlich.

Ok hotel. I woke up one night because someone entered the room (by mistake?). Told the reception, and got an free beer. I barricaded the room door after that incident.

Great location, the room was clean and spacious, the staff were also really friendly.

El.hotel esta bien, lo unico es que yo pague hotel y con desayuno incluido y asi me mandaron ustedes lo que yo pedi, pague y cuando llego el señor de alli me dice que no estaba incluido el desayuno, y que ustedes ofrecen el desayuno el cual sw podria decir que ustedes lea mienten auno y me parece extraño ya que yo he utizado sus servicioa de hoteles.com y siempre a sido excelente la atencion, me gustaria que platicaran con el hotel ya que me cobraron el.desayunp que ffueron 68 dolares y yo ya lo tenia incluido, y por favor ver la forma qie me reintegren lo que pague, porque a los que ponen en mal ea a ustedes

Great location in the Old Town. Large comfy beds and a great shower.

We were initially given a room with dirty towels, unmade bed, tea in cups, clearly not seen by a housekeeper since the previous guests departed. We were given another room on a lower floor. This room, unfortunately opened onto the alley below with lots of noise from the bars all night long. The manager brought up a bottle of wine and fruit gratis. The room was small with minimum drawer space snd no chairs. All in all, it was an okay place located in a nice area, convenient to public transportation.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel is close to everything.

This hotel was a disappointment and the staff were not helpful or efficient. One of the front desk workers was down right rude. I asked twice for an iron for my room and waited almost 5 hours for it had to end up going downstairs to get with an injured leg. The rooms are dirty visible mold on the bathroom tiles.
