Great location.

Staff were wonderful and helped us out when we were in a spot. Clean lovely friendly place to stay.

Strategic location, public transportation within walking distance, main entrance is hard to locate for first timer if using public transportation, helpful receptions: Cosmin, Patric and Maria.

Good hotel, great location but load music from disco club just opposite the hotel. From 11pm to 3am. Cant sleep.

Very close to the beautiful Old Town, with lots of eateries nearby. Big, spacious room with fridge and coffee machine; however no kettle to boil water for tea. Good breakfast

We stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate my friends birthday. I notified the hotel in advance of this & requested if there was anything they can do to make her birthday special & they agreed advising that they always make it special for guest visiting for a special occasion. Unfortunately they did not fulfil this request which was a shame. We arrived early however there was no option for early check in. The location of the hotel is excellent walking distance to restaurants/bars. The room we were initially provided was quite spacious & so was the bathroom. However there was a fault with the toilet & it ended up overflowing & flooding the bathroom. When we called reception to report the issue they advised they were unable to attend to it for 30mins & did not understand the seriousness. As we had a dinner reservation & had to shower & get ready for this, we packed our suitcases & went down to reception to request to be put in an another room to get ready. The gentleman at the desk said there was nothing he could do & there were no other rooms available. Eventually he arranged for someone to attend to our room to see what the issue was. After 40 minutes waiting in reception with no communication, we were finally given another room (after saying there were no rooms available). There were no apologies for the inconvenience. The room given was a lot smaller especially for 3 adults.Luckily the restaurant was walking distance & we were only a few minutes late. Disappointed

Convenience to old town Clean room, friendly staff

Hyvällä sijainnilla vanhan kaupungin kupeessa. Taksitolppa on vieressä ja esimerkiksi parlamentti kävelymatkan päässä. Sijainti on loistava. Ei kuitenkaan sovi herkkäuniselle, sillä lähibaarin musiikki ja basso kantautuvat aamuyöhön asti huoneeseen. Aamiainen on hyvä ja perustasoinen.

Enjoyed the hotel

Loistavalla paikalla vanhan kaupungin alapäässä. Liikennettä, rakennustyömaa, baari kadun toisella puolella, mutta minua eivät haitanneet. Metron solmuasema 150m, ratikkalinjoja 300m, joten kauemmatkin kiinnostuksen kohteet oli saavutettavissa helposti. Hieman jo nuhjuisuutta huoneissa ja tiloissa, mutta se näkyi huoneen hinnassa.

Fine apart from the incessant loud noise going until 3am from the bar across the road.

Our stay was pleasant. The hotel too. And beds were comfortable and the rooms a good temperature. The breakfast selection was extensive and the staff helpful. Location was excellent. Parking is not available at the hotel but there is a good parking lot a 5 min walk away. Would stay again.

旧市街の入り口で、地下鉄駅からも近く、最高のロケーションです。空港から100番バスで、統一広場で降りて十分歩ける距離なので、3RONで行けます。近くのレストランは夜遅くまで空いてます。ホテルは古いですが、清潔で、フロント対応も女性スタッフは親切です。まて、泊まりたいです。
