Very clean, excellent location for Old Town area, lovely breakfast with a good selection, super comfy bed and good air con. Bathroom a decent size with toiletries and the balcony was lovely. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Trevligt hotell, relativt bra läge dock nära en ganska stor väg. Rummen var fräscha, rena och moderna men det var väldigt lyhört. Hade rum precis bredvid frukosten så varje morgon vaknade jag av skramlet och sorlet från frukostrummet. Samma med trafiken utanför. I övrigt var hotellet absolut trevligt.

Very nice room and quiet. Excellent buffet breakfast. A very friendly staff.

The rooms are spacious. The location is great in the center of the city, many restaurants in the area and easy to walk around. The service is great. The breakfast is good. The condition of the facilities is generally good. There were some minor details (one of the lights didn’t work, the ventilation system in the bathroom was noisy), but it wasn’t a big deal.

Hotel pulito, personale gentile e cordiale, buona posizione, vicino alle zone di interesse e comoda per i mezzi di trasporto. Buona la colazione.

Lots of food options within ten minutes of the hotel. The bedding options were good.

The bathroom did not smell good. It was not clean well. The key of our door did not work at the first day and we got our key until the next day. They only left us 2 towels and we were 3. On the first day, they just gave us 2 bottles of water and when I was dor another one they charge me with 8 LEI and they did not inform me about the minisuper that was just at the other side with bigger bottles of water and also the hotel had water dispenser at the reception, this I noticed the next day we went out. The location is good but there was also a lot of noice outside all night long, we heard fights, people singinning super load, people chatting, etc.

The staff were really helpful and friendly, the breakfast was good. Just the noise throughout the night and then being on same floor as breakfast was loud

Very comfortable beds, modern decor, good sound proof windows (it is very loud when windows are open) aircon. Great location.

So we went to check in, and we were not told that our room was flooded and there was no other King Suite available. We go up to the room to discover that it is a double room, whilst we had paid for a King Suite. The hotel apologised for their error and stated that no other room was available. As a token of their error, they offered a free shuttle to the aiport, which we could get for €15. We had paid a lot more for the room, so we asked for a bottle of wine, which we were promised, but this was not delivered. We are currently in a double room, despite paying for a King Suite, with a bed too small for us. Not happy with the service received so far and will be looking to get a refund for the poor service and for a room we did not receive! Will not be returning for sure.

Very nice hotel close to everything you need including public transportation hotel is very clean rooms are nice with good air conditioners breakfast is great and front desk are very helpful and speak English we travel with kids and we enjoy our stay
