The bathroom did not smell good. It was not clean well.
The key of our door did not work at the first day and we got our key until the next day.
They only left us 2 towels and we were 3.
On the first day, they just gave us 2 bottles of water and when I was dor another one they charge me with 8 LEI and they did not inform me about the minisuper that was just at the other side with bigger bottles of water and also the hotel had water dispenser at the reception, this I noticed the next day we went out.
The location is good but there was also a lot of noice outside all night long, we heard fights, people singinning super load, people chatting, etc.

So we went to check in, and we were not told that our room was flooded and there was no other King Suite available. We go up to the room to discover that it is a double room, whilst we had paid for a King Suite. The hotel apologised for their error and stated that no other room was available. As a token of their error, they offered a free shuttle to the aiport, which we could get for €15. We had paid a lot more for the room, so we asked for a bottle of wine, which we were promised, but this was not delivered. We are currently in a double room, despite paying for a King Suite, with a bed too small for us. Not happy with the service received so far and will be looking to get a refund for the poor service and for a room we did not receive! Will not be returning for sure.

Hyvä ja siisti hotelli lähellä vanhaa kaupunkia. Meillä ikkunat suht vilkkaalle tielle josta jonkin verran tuli melua. Sisäpihan puoli varmaan hiljaisempi. Aamupala ihan ok, muita palveluita ei sitten ollutkaan. Kolme plus tähteä on lähempänä Suomen tasoon tottuneille.

Very nice rooms, mine was facing the inside of the building and it was super quiet. The bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly and very helpful, and the breakfast was nice. Definitely recommend it!

Good central hotel close to the Old Town and near bars and restaurants. Our room was comfortable and relatively quiet. We did feel the cleaning standard could be improved - on moving the bedside table to access plugs there was quite a lot of dust behind them, the shower drain was blocked which meant our bathroom got flooded on day two and we had to ask for basic items to be replenished a couple of times. The reception staff were all friendly and helpful though, particularly Bogdan. Similarly the breakfast room staff were lovely and helpful. We’d happily book again.

The breakfast isn’t the best and it’s cheap and easy enough to go out to find better breakfast.

The bathroom did not smell good. It was not clean well.
The key of our door did not work at the first day and we got our key until the next day.
They only left us 2 towels and we were 3.

So we went to check in, and we were not told that our room was flooded and there was no other King Suite available.
