Good location, close to amenities. Room clean and well maintained. Would stay again.

I stayed at this hotel 10 days ago, and nothing changed since then. Pros: good location, excellent staff, clean room. Cons: poor breakfast, leaking shower, minimal confort.

This is a basic hotel- a 2 STAR hotel the most. Location is great. Staff is very helpful and nice. Breakfast is poor, limited choices, poor quality, and not so fresh. Coffee is terrible. Shower is leaking onto the bathroom floor. Carpet in the hallway is old and dirty.

It was a very clean and pleasant hotel. The staff were very friendly, which made my stay very comfortable.

Excellent staff

We arrived at the hotel a little earlier than the 3 PM check-in time and had to wait for a couple of hours. The hotel seemed quite strict about the check-in policy, as we noticed several other guests were also asked to wait and leave their luggage at the hotel while they went out to pass the time. Once we checked in, the suite was very spacious, clean, and bright, with plenty of windows and a lovely city view. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, offering a wide variety of options including scrambled eggs, fried eggs, boiled eggs, assorted breads, fruits, vegetables, tea, and coffee. The location was convenient as well, only about a 15-minute walk from the Parliament Building. Overall, it was a nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great and happy enough for our stay. The breakfast room is quite small so imagine it could be busy peak season? Defo recommend for location, price and service especially for short breaks.

Breakfast was very nice, small but good variety. Staff were excellent, helpful and nice. Room was clean and quiet.

The receptionist were so awesome. Bogdan was so helpful navigating the services within the hotel. Andreia suggested a lot of places, and another receptionist (whom I got the name) help me so much when I arrived.

Fint hotel i centrum. Morgenmadsrestaurenten var for lille til alle der gerne ville spise v. 8-8.30 tiden men eller fin nok

Habitación de buen tamaño, la cama y almohadas una delicia! Personal muy amable, los que nos recibían en el desayuno, las camareras, pero en especial Florina que se portó increíble y un amor con nosotros! Desayuno muy rico, con muchas opciones. En general un excelente hotel, con una muy buena ubicacion.

La camera sembrava pulita anche se la moquette lascia sempre qualche dubbio, soprattutto perché non abbiamo visto il personale delle pulizie munito di aspirapolvere. Il bagno della stanza era davvero piccolo e la doccia era manutenuta male, con fughe ricoperte di muffa e sporche. La doccia inoltre perdeva acqua dal piatto in posa d’opera, lasciando il pavimento bagnato. La posizione è ottima, la colazione è ok con una sala molto piccola a disposizione.

El hotel estaba muy bien, la ubicación perfecta. La habitación cumplía con la fotos y muy calentita con todos los accesorios indispensables. El personal muy atento y dispuesto siempre. El desayuno buffet estaba bien y se reponían continuamente las cosas. Por el precio lo recomiendo sin duda. Gracias volveremos.
