The staff makes the experience here. They are very nice and eager to make your experience better. We had a great stay and the restaurants on the property had delicious food and drinks.

The property is in a quiet location not far from town. Down side is dated furniture and outlook. Requires uplift and cleaning, Perhaps was a 4 start years back wouldn't rate it as such now may be 2. Adequate and friendly staff, though sometimes language barrier.

Nice people working there. We asked for a extra mattees because the bed were hard, it never showed up.

The place has great potential. A few things can be improved to make it better. The breakfast is basic, there is less things to eat each day. The food at restaurants is overcharged based on what you can find at nearby and better restaurants. Room are comfortable but amenities in room is lacking.. eg: there was only 2 hangers. Sanitary equipment is very old and outdated in bathrooms etc. The few improvements can give the place a better reputation and attract more customers.

Was brought to the hotel and asked to pay for the transport which they did not say how much before the transport. Then they told us they are full and sent us to another hotel which I paid for that hotel and asked for them to make sure hotels.com does not charge me. Did not do that for me. Poor management and support.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself could be in better condition. It’s clean and all but everything is quite worn down.

The balcony was so nice to have. The outdoor music was quite loud while I was in my room. The dining was so nice open to the outdoors. The service was more than perfect!

I think this property has recently changed ownership or management since we last stayed there in 2017. It’s poorly run, terrible Management. The pictures on this site are misleading are not what the place looks like. Their rooms were nasty, mold in the showers, poor drainage, unvaccumed rooms. It was just a terrible experience.

The hotel needs to be updated however the staff were incredible. Restaurants good.new atmosphere
