The hotel it self was very close to masjid al nawabi. Due to my son disability we were upgraded to a 5 bed, however dont be decieved by the picture of the bathroom. The bathroom is very small and tiny. The toilet was located behind the door and therefore when you sit on it the wall is touching your head. Khaled was very good and attended all to our needs.

They charge me online for double room.but did not gave me double room.also when i went to front counter/receiptetionist
To complain about matter.they says even manager says we have not double room here.only 3 beds ina room.soo this was soo lie to me.even i was keep asking them..do u have double bed..n i got reply.yes u have double bed.it was bas experienced for me.i will never recomended any couple to go in this hotel

Needless to say, it was good that it was so close to the Prophet's Mosque. On the other hand, the negative points were that one guest was put in a room with five beds, the bathroom always smelled bad, and there were no towels.
