The room was clean staff very good and a great location. Tea and drinking water was replaced in time. As regards amenities the safe deposit vault in the room was outdated and not working. Since our stay was short I didn’t complain. The Indian restaurant was below expectations. But overall we loved the stay and would recommend to fellow travellers and friends.

We arrived early so we needed to check in early to rest before our meetings. Check in was a nightmare as for 2 hours each employee kept on coming back with a different opinion! After we checked in we were chocked by the fact that hotel was under renovation! So drilling and hammering until 6 pm and still charged the full price without even a simple apology!!

The air condition keeps the temperature below 20 in the room even when I set it 26 degrees and above. The coffee machine doesn’t work

The staff at this hotel are absolutely incredible! I spoke to many and they were all very helpful, especially Mohammed in guest services. My room was very nice, only issue was hot water took a while, nothing major. You will love this hotel and it’s location.

I was disappointed that this hotel doesn’t have a gym for women. There is a gym available at the neighbouring property, but it only opens at 10am, which is useless for business trils

Convenient area. Nice lobby. Nice Sea View. Dirty bath tub. Furniture is dated. Walls dirty in bathroom, or could be mold. Iron was broken and dripped ALL the water out. Another iron was brought and the steam button was pressed in and didn’t work. Not for me, will stay elsewhere next time.

Molto caro questo hotel che sembra super lusso ma alla fine è abbastanza vecchio. Le stanze sono abbastanza spaziose ma i bagni sono molto vecchi e la pulizia alle volte non è top: in 10 giorni mi sono ritrovata spesso la stanza a malapena sistemata. La vista è bellissima e la colazione molto buona anche se non super. Il servizio non è niente di che: non ci tengono ad aiutarti con le valigie o queste cose qui.. però in generale è ovviamente un ottimo hotel anche se per qualità prezzo a Jeddah ce ne sono di molti migliori.

The rooms are impeccably maintained, and the gym facilities are excellent. Always a pleasure to stay here.

The furniture in the room is very old. No phone charger next to the bed or blogs. No access to the swimming beach....
