The location was great, the bed was way to firm for our taste. I didn't get much sleep at all. The place was mostly clean (Some random hair and an exceptionally large spider) but the staff was great, it was super walkable.

Room was lovely, nice that it had A/C which is not common in Scotland generally. The dining area was very dirty with food crushed on chairs. Breakfast service doesn’t exist which is definitely needed at least for coffee because the tour groups pack in and it makes breakfast a hassle.

This hotel was in a great location, just 3 nice walking blocks from the heart of everything. Walk there along the river, or through old city streets admiring residential architecture. The staff is nice, the lobby is great as is the breakfast. Our room was comfortable.

Hotel is waking distance from everywhere and rooms are new. They assigned us a room on an adjacent building and it was on the ground floor. Didn’t feel safe and was right next to the pavement so people could see inside. Check In and check out fast, lobby and bar really nice. Area around the hotel looks pretty dodgy
