ibis Styles Edinburgh St Andrew Square

It’s a comfortable hotel although room is a bit small. We spent a wonderful live music moment at night. So lovely.

We only stayed one night, so overall is good and the staff are helpful and you have variety choices of breakfast. There is small issue of the socket, light, and clog drain in the wash basin, but since we only stayed one night so would reflect to ibis directly.

Made a day of reservation and checked in within the hour. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Nicely renovated, modern lobby and rooms. Room was quiet and has a/c. In a not so busy part of town, but still easily walkable to restaurants and shopping. Great breakfast that's included. Overall great stay! Would definitely stay again and recommend!

First night restaurant experience was ok. Second night sat in restaurant for over 10 minutes without any acknowledgement. We were one of four customers in the restaurant and there appeared to be at least four employees present. Two at front desk and two in restaurant/bar

Went for a birthday weekend. The reception staff were polite and friendly, had a reply to every question. The room was lovely, meet all our requirements. Great night sleep. I can't describe how helpful the reception staff was with helping us make the best of our stay. At one point we were about to miss your Ghost Bus Tour and the staff made it happen by ordering us a taxi. The ability to store our luggage after checking out made the rest of the day in Edinburgh worry free. Thank you Ibis and staff, yours Dom.

Great location central to most tourist attractions in Edinburgh and close to public transportation for trips further out. Staff was friendly and helpful and they had the best continental breakfast I’ve ever had. I hope I can stay here again someday!

I would have liked more time taken to edplain the lift procedure. It was quite fast and i didnt catch thay i was supposed to use a card in the lift. Im first time in this hotel. A customer explained it to me when i got confused in the lift. The bar man was very friendly. The room is great. Very clean. Brill bed. Breakfast good. Great to see boiling water for tea. Some places its coffee machine water for tea. Thank you for the oat milk at breakfast. And toasters that toast. Wonderful.

Uiterst vriendelijk ontvangst bij receptie, kregen alle uitleg over inchecken, hotel, ontbijt en toeristische informatie in een gedetailleerdere map van Edinburgh. Kamer was leuk ingericht, bed was goed en op verzoek een extra dekbed, niet vanwege de kou maar voor het gemak. Bar en ontbijt ontbrak aan niets. Leuk hitel voor stedentrip van aantal dagen

Spot on location - in Edinburgh for the marathon and Ibis looked after us really well.

Room was lovely, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again. :)
