This is a very nice hotel. It is not the most modern facility but it is very clean. I had a lovely stay. The staff are so friendly and are very willing to help with anything. My only notice was there was no electric outlets by the head of the bed, so anyone using a BIPAP/CPAP machine would need a long extension cord. Maybe that can be provided. The bathroom was spotless. I used the plastic zip bag that was for extra pillows as a container for some clothes, instead of keeping some clothes in my case and having to open it frequently. A dresser with drawer space would be better, but this was a minor inconvenience. I had a very quiet room on the 6th floor. I would definately return to this hotel. The location is perfect and very convenient to everything you need. Also the Nespresso coffee machine and kettle were provided. That was sweet indeed. Also breakfast was available for a very reasonable fee which I did not use, as I don’t eat breakfast usually. The biggest compliment again, goes to all the staff. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant.

Centrally located and handy for shops, restaurants and transport. Easy access via underground to various attractions.
The site is fairly cramped but well organised and breakfast was excellent.

The room and lift of hotel are a bit old and the poorly soundproofing allow us to hear everyone's talking on the corridor.
I have to complain that the picture showed on the websites is totally different with our booking.

LOCATION: can't beat this; 5 to 12 min away walking to amazing areas and landmarks. BRKFST: YUMMY, all the fixings needed for a great start to the day! It is an older Hotel that visibly needs a revamp BUT the beds were comfy, good size bathroom and shower with tub! The staff were a delight!!! Callum at night, Joy in the morning, a blond at the brkfst and evening shift (sorry I missed your names). As a past Hotellier of 25 yrs, all the employees were a delight and very welcoming, they say renos will come next year, I can only imagine how amazing this Hotel will be to bring it to the next level!! Wonderful stay im Glasgow, we truly enjoyed every moment :D

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, cerca del museo de arte moderno de Glasgow y con muchas opciones para comer cerca.
Los días que me quede salí caminando y me resultó muy comodo desde su ubicación.
El desayuno cuenta con lo justo y necesario, no me pareció excelente, pero por su precio estaba bien.
Un punto en contra es que en ningun momento pude encender la calefacción de la habitación, y tampoco estaba encendida cuando llegué.
La ducha del baño si me resulto muy incomoda ya que esta en el medio de la bañera y no en un lateral como se usa normalmente, esto es un punto en contra.
El resto de la habitación estaba bien, con un escritorio, mueble para la ropa y la cama muy comoda.

Glasgow as packed due to uni graduations, so the hotels were full, overly expensive and check-in was held up because rooms weren’t ready, which doesn’t chime with the elevated price. It was also hot and with the window open, noisy. Great location though, and the staff are nice…
