I stayed with my husband and little son. Our room was upgraded without me realizing. Overall, a very pleasant experience, superb location, clean room. Will come back here next time.

Lokasi hotel sangat strategis, kamar nyaman dan bersih, jalan kaki 2 menit ke mal Raffles City. Dekat dengan MRT City Hall. Dari sekian hotel yang telah saya coba di Singapore, hotel Carlton ini yang paling recommended karena aksesnya sangat mudah dan dekat ke mana saja.

Sangat menyenangkan menginap di hotel ini. Kamar luas, tempat tidur jadi besar, kamar bersih dan terawat, disertai dengan pelayanan yang baik, lokasi strategis dekat dengan stasiun MRT, dekat shopping centre dan lokasi tidak terlalu padat. Saya akan menginap di sini lain kali kalau ke Spore.

- 就这个价格来说，房间很普通，空调无法调节到所需的冷度，淋浴水龙头很难调节冷热 - 地理位置优越，靠近购物中心、Mrt Bras basha、市政厅...... - 如果我有机会去新加坡，我会回到这家酒店。那些独立旅行并且喜欢购物、吃饭……的人应该会在这里住得很好。

房间非常舒适，设施一应俱全。我非常喜欢他们的智能电视，它不仅可以浏览常见的电视频道，还可以将手机连接到电视，播放手机上的YouTube视频和节目，我觉得这很酷。尽管礼宾部告知我们当天的房间几乎全部订满，但酒店却一点也不拥挤，这点很棒。早餐种类丰富，从中式到美式，选择丰富。地理位置也非常棒！就在市中心，就在地铁站（市政厅）对面，靠近美食广场（赞美广场）和购物中心（莱佛士城），吃饭购物都很方便。总而言之，入住体验5/5分，期待再次入住！

Service was great and check-in process was smooth. Room was decently sized and clean. TV was a bit small but had a good list of channels and has Chromecast feature too.
Greatest highlight of the stay would definitely be the premier club lounge at the top floor which comes with a great view of the city and harbour. Service delivered by Mr Yogen and his team were excellent — both of them were very helpful and attentive. The Singapore Sling mixed by Mr Yogen was very good as well. For food wise, they have a wide variety and tasted great too. Drinks selection was also good and of good quality. Breakfast selection was also good, and as always, great service rendered by the crew too.
However, was a bit disappointed that no complimentary birthday cake was given.
Nonetheless, will definitely return to this hotel and enjoy their Premier Club Lounge. Kudos to the crew!
