客房乾淨，床很好睡。服務人員友善，熱情。飯店位置距離地鐵站Havelock不遠，附近也有公車站牌，交通便利。

The wifi could only be well connected if I stayed in the hallway under the router.

Pros - room sizes is big. - lobby is new and with indoor kids play area - breakfast is only SGD15 for each one and various food choices - there is another larger playroom in next building - 7-11 at ground floor - 5 minutes walk to MRT station or bus stop - quite a lot of facilities in hotel, gym, swimming pool and etc. Cons - building should be old, so the room is not so clean but not dirty - soundproof could be approved - location is not so convenience, the nearest restaurant outside the hotel with at least 7-10 minutes walk, and they are only local restaurants even without strong air-con. - no large supermarket or shops nearby.

連續入住3天，但房卡設定每天都有問題（電梯設定有狀況無法到達樓層卡刷不過或是房間進不去），每次都需要回大廳設定，好在服務人員都在大廳可立即協助解決。 交通地理位置尚可，但飯店週邊沒有人行道，若晚歸過馬路車道會有點危險。 房間內部設施尚可，整體而言cp值滿高的

酒店房會有蚊螆仔，吾談得上好污糟 但佢一定吾係叫乾淨，如果想慳錢都可以考慮/住其他區!入夜得反2間收夜小小既餐廳，預1130就無！多次叫前台整酒店房設備 都無黎 要到第2日再吹

住三晚才會打掃一次，需要的備品一開始有附，之後有需要全部要自取，住起來還算自在。但是訂房時提出的需求未必能滿足，入住當下提出希望換房的要求最後也被忽視，這有點不滿意。還有附近的房客一直在房間抽菸，煙味濃到走廊和電梯間都是，甚至飄進房間很臭，透過線上反應這個情形，還是一樣沒有改善，覺得沒人處理，所以碰到的遊客素質沒有很好。

最喜歡都係酒店個泳池！房間雖然細咗，但係都感覺上舒適

Changing towels every three days ok. But need to clean rubbish everyday. Too warm in room.

意外地離地鐵T16蠻近的！算是蠻方便旅遊的位置 飯店很大也很多設施，雖然房間設備尚須更新替換會較好，但整體來說是不錯的住宿體驗：）

房間清潔不及格， 窗台有許多小虫子沒清理， 洗手間角落多處發霉， 水龍头有厚厚水漬，房間陳舊， 冷氣機嚴重漏水(不是滴水) ,要服務員用機器清理， 為何這不是客人入住前檢查好. Online check out 還是要人手辦理.

we are living in a triple bed room and the room is spacious. Very comfortable but jus a bit old, swift check in and out process and like the starbucks services in lobby Convenient and close to the train station

We had a very enjoyable stay at Furama, the family room with bunk bed was in good condition. Given the low price point out initial fears of the outside appearance didn't materialize.

酒店員工服務不錯，有效率解決問題，非常滿意。但房間質素一般，被有污跡，毛巾有異味，熱水供應不穩定。

Queen studio booked was tiny and not suitable for a maturing couple. We needed to climb into the bed! We upgraded and it was so much better. Hotel location handy for the metro and walks down the river.

Great hotel in convenient location to MRT, food and Great World shopping centre. Room was clean but in need of renovations. Far too much furniture which hindered space for luggage etc.

Friendly Staffs

Nice hotel, close to public transportation and a nice trail across the street from the hotel where you can walk/jog.
