The wifi could only be well connected if I stayed in the hallway under the router.

Pros - room sizes is big. - lobby is new and with indoor kids play area - breakfast is only SGD15 for each one and various food choices - there is another larger playroom in next building - 7-11 at ground floor - 5 minutes walk to MRT station or bus stop - quite a lot of facilities in hotel, gym, swimming pool and etc. Cons - building should be old, so the room is not so clean but not dirty - soundproof could be approved - location is not so convenience, the nearest restaurant outside the hotel with at least 7-10 minutes walk, and they are only local restaurants even without strong air-con. - no large supermarket or shops nearby.

連續入住3天，但房卡設定每天都有問題（電梯設定有狀況無法到達樓層卡刷不過或是房間進不去），每次都需要回大廳設定，好在服務人員都在大廳可立即協助解決。 交通地理位置尚可，但飯店週邊沒有人行道，若晚歸過馬路車道會有點危險。 房間內部設施尚可，整體而言cp值滿高的

酒店房會有蚊螆仔，吾談得上好污糟 但佢一定吾係叫乾淨，如果想慳錢都可以考慮/住其他區!入夜得反2間收夜小小既餐廳，預1130就無！多次叫前台整酒店房設備 都無黎 要到第2日再吹

住三晚才會打掃一次，需要的備品一開始有附，之後有需要全部要自取，住起來還算自在。但是訂房時提出的需求未必能滿足，入住當下提出希望換房的要求最後也被忽視，這有點不滿意。還有附近的房客一直在房間抽菸，煙味濃到走廊和電梯間都是，甚至飄進房間很臭，透過線上反應這個情形，還是一樣沒有改善，覺得沒人處理，所以碰到的遊客素質沒有很好。

最喜歡都係酒店個泳池！房間雖然細咗，但係都感覺上舒適

意外地離地鐵T16蠻近的！算是蠻方便旅遊的位置 飯店很大也很多設施，雖然房間設備尚須更新替換會較好，但整體來說是不錯的住宿體驗：）

房間清潔不及格， 窗台有許多小虫子沒清理， 洗手間角落多處發霉， 水龍头有厚厚水漬，房間陳舊， 冷氣機嚴重漏水(不是滴水) ,要服務員用機器清理， 為何這不是客人入住前檢查好. Online check out 還是要人手辦理.

we are living in a triple bed room and the room is spacious. Very comfortable but jus a bit old, swift check in and out process and like the starbucks services in lobby Convenient and close to the train station

We had a very enjoyable stay at Furama, the family room with bunk bed was in good condition. Given the low price point out initial fears of the outside appearance didn't materialize.

酒店員工服務不錯，有效率解決問題，非常滿意。但房間質素一般，被有污跡，毛巾有異味，熱水供應不穩定。

房間空間寬敞，室內環境整體乾淨，但未提供刮鬍刀跟瓶裝水是唯一不便的地方。

Booked just a room for spouse and me which turned out to be in the old "tower". Not impressed with light in bathroom hanging out of ceiling. Had booked daughter's family into a double room which happened to be in the new tower and it was like chalk and cheese, but the difference was not mentioned on the website. The foyer has been done up and that's what you see advertised but it is not the whole story. Fresh towels were limited and many days the storage area in the old tower was empty; new tower seemed to have an endless supply. Grandchildren, who swim like fish, liked the pool. Now close to mrt with Havelock (TE16) station and is about a 15 minute walk to Great World shopping centre, which also has mrt station TE15. The food choices are modern and varied including a Cold Storage but very busy on weekends. A 15 min walk west takes you to the Havelock Cooked Food Centre which is rundown and has limited choices; might be better when all the near-by construction work is complete. Just past it is a small Fairprice and other food shops. Buses to many attractions run quite close. As ever forget the usual poor choices on the TV. If you're thinking of buying an mrt/bus card don't depend on the 7-11 or the local station. Collect it at the airport. All-in-all it was satisfactory for our needs to launch daughter and grandchildren into LegoLand in Malaysia but not on our must use again list. It needs somebody whose 1st language is English to "fix" the sign on the side door re access.

Wonderful, helpful friendly staff. Location handy to train and buses. Hotel itself was fine. Did find both the wifi and the lifts frustratingly slow. Disliked like that they only make up your room daily on request. For me the ultimate pleasure of staying in a hotel is having room refreshed each day but felt to bad to ask. There were self service areas to collect extra towels, toilet paper etc but most times we tried they were not stocked. We were only there two nights, by the time we left (family of four) there was a mountain of used towels, over flowing bins and we had well and truly run out of loo paper. This unfortunately took the shine off our stay.

Good location, only a few minutes walk from the MTR.

Second time staying here - large rooms with comfortable beds. Room furnishings are outdated and bathrooms have no ventilation but otherwise probably the largest room I’ve stayed in. Lifts are slow and fill up fast with the amount of people staying in the hotel which is annoying. SG$8 per load of washing (DIY) which is handy. Great 7/11 downstairs and quick walk to MRT station and Robertson Quay restaurants.

This hotel is a reasonably affordable place to stay with all the necessary amenities. We particularly love the buffet that offers an array of delicious dishes and fresh vegetables and fruits. We also appreciate the fabulous location that take us only minutes to our destinations.
