我们在Naumi住得很愉快。地理位置优越，周围有很多很棒的餐厅。屋顶泳池非常适合休闲放松，泳池大小也合适，可以畅游一番放松身心。房间里有Apple TV，这点很棒。工作人员也都非常友好热情。

我很享受在 Naumi 的住宿体验，原因如下：- 地理位置优越，步行 10 分钟即可到达武吉士，5 分钟即可到达市政厅/莱佛士城。- 入住手续办理顺利，工作人员带我参观了房间。非常感谢 Ferlyn 的热情友好。- 房间内部装饰精美，床很舒服，滑动式迷你吧的设计很酷，还提供各种茶/咖啡。- 浴室和卫生间是分开的，不像普通的卫生间是二合一的。- 泳池的景色非常漂亮，这也是吸引我预订这家酒店的原因。入住期间也遇到了一些问题：- 淋浴门因为门背胶粘得不太牢，所以会自己轻轻地打开。- 没有看到提供牙刷/牙膏，可能需要向前台索取。- 房间隔音效果不佳，如果其他客人深夜返回或外出，晚上可能会听到大门开关的声音，以及整晚不时传来的流水声和其他各种声音。这可能是他们免费提供耳塞的原因，如果你睡眠浅，请务必使用。除此之外，我非常享受这次住宿，如果有优惠，我会考虑再次预订。

Habitat 房间虽然不大，但设施齐全，设计现代！Cloud 9 泳池美得令人放松！由于我们无法在外面用餐，工作人员竟然允许我们在泳池边的空地上用餐，即使这不是酒店的食物。服务很棒，前台的工作人员也非常有礼貌，态度也很好！

Check in time is at 2.00 pm on the day of arrival. The hotel will make considerable efforts to accommodate early arrival. Pre-block of room one day prior is encouraged for expected early arrival, subject to one night room charge.
To keep our spaces inspiring and inviting, light facade upgrading works will take place from early November 2025 through to end February 2026. All hotel facilities and guest services will continue as usual. We appreciate your understanding as we keep Naumi Hotel Singapore looking its best — designed to surprise, delight, and inspire every visit.
Please be informed that the room rates are applicable for up to 2 persons.
Please be informed that the additional breakfast charge is S$35++ per adult and children (5-11 years old) will be charged at S$25++.
Should you require a rollaway bed, please contact hotel to arrange and it would be subject to additional charges of SGD100++ per night. (Excluding breakfast) Children below 12 years old (0-11 years old), who shares existing bedding stay free of charge. (Excluding breakfast)

今次是家庭遊，租了2間房住了5日4夜，front desk staff 很熱情歡迎我們, 入房時地磚有污漬，然後發現床單也有污漬，立即致電前台請人更換，牙刷和沐浴露不是每天供應（情況是通常用了酒店牙刷後，第二日整理房間時牙刷應該保留並會refill2套新的，但不明白為什麼把我已用過的牙刷丟掉但又不補給，所以覺得這做法很特別，沐浴露未用完也給丟掉，覺得有點浪費）第4日發現漏清理其中一個垃圾桶，因覺得第2日便離開就沒有再叫人處理，本人覺得酒店設計比較適合情侶、夫婦入住。酒店地理位置其實很方便，附近很多餐廳和商場，又近MRT.

The location is great. 15 - 20 mins to Merlion park and Marina bay. Also St. Andrew's Cathedral and other catholic churchs around the Victoria's street. Clean, comfortable, cozy. One of the staff is really friendly with great help but the other is a bit cold and pokerface when we ask how to go to Merlion park.

The location is generally convenient as there are many bus stops and MTR nearby. The best experience is the design of the hotel that they make people feeling good and all rooms are very clean. The check-in and check-out is very fast and the staff are very nice and keen to help. I will recommend to friend to live this hotel when they are travelling in Singapore.

I want to congratulate Naumi Hotel and its team including manager Michelle and her team members V, Eugene, Kai to name a few for the spectacular services they have provided. Having stayed at nearly all the top brand 5 stars hotels in Singapore, I have to say I have never had such warm and personalized service as Naumi Hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and warm, the rooms are wonderful with a nice range of soft drinks and snacks. Lovely roof top lounge and great locations! A memorable experience and I can't wait to stay there again! Dr. Simon

Room was not very clean enough, towel not refilled. Pillows were to hard and the bed sheet was not very clean. Bathroom water leakage to the room when you are bathing, Hotel agreed to offer a cupcake and personalized greeting card for birthday celebration but nothing provided over our stay.
