Went for a staycation with my hubby for our wedding anniversary and booked a sea view room. Nice gesture from hotel to send us a card and chocolate cake for celebration. Has a good range of activities at Siloso beach but need to book in advance. Except for no dining at restaurant due to the heightened safety measures, the stay was relaxing and comfortable

Awesome staycation with a 5 years old child. it’s really a kids hotel. There is so much activities for the children! Especially the pool! And crowd control was great .. nice foods as well. Checking in was fast too. No regrets choosing the stay with Rasa

<服务> 我对前台、客房服务团队、技术人员、娱乐团队以及众多幕后工作人员始终如一、真诚而及时的服务感到非常满意。我看到娱乐团队立即冲过去照顾一个在皮划艇上看起来像是晕倒了但实际上睡着了的小女孩。这种细心周到的服务确保了客人的安全。技术人员很快就来帮我们换了锁，而且全程都很有礼貌。<高效的IT系统> 即使是IT网站也很容易使用，可以申请额外的洗漱用品。自助早餐种类繁多，上菜很快。互联网连接速度也很快。<设施> 这里还有很多其他新加坡酒店没有的活动，比如脚踏船、立桨划桨、皮划艇、沙滩乒乓球、羽毛球和沙滩足球。就连我妈妈也会划皮划艇，我对它一见钟情。另外，我还看到娱乐团队立即冲过去照顾一个皮划艇上的小女孩，她看起来像是晕倒了，但实际上她睡着了。如此周到的服务确保了客人的安全。我喜欢这里的私人海滩，那里有很多阳光甲板和安静的区域，适合野餐和阅读预订信息。这真是一个加分点。在这里住一晚真的永远不够。你可以懒洋洋地躺在床上，看日出和海景。我们的外卖订单被取消了，我们很高兴能有客房送餐服务，那里的食物和服务都很棒。酒店交通便利，有往返 Vivo 的免费班车。强烈推荐这家酒店给想要远离城市喧嚣或与家人一起度假的客人。最早入住时间为中午 12 点，退房时间不延长，视酒店客房供应情况而定。

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which boasts a stunning private beach and a fantastic swimming pool equipped with thrilling slides. The service was exceptional! My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her time in the playhouse, where she engaged in painting and crafting artwork, all while being assisted by the attentive staff. I also indulged in the spa services, and I can confidently say it was one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. We thoroughly enjoyed our three days there and will definitely recommend it to our friends!

頂層中央無敵海景King size bed，冷熱水力度充足，房間盒裝飲用水準備足夠，自助早餐項目種類繁多美味任食，實在無可挑剔，除咗價錢之外，可以叫做係冇缺點了，照顧小朋友方面都算係好多支援！囡囡上Hotel shuttle bus 喊住話要玩多幾日，相信呢個表情已經係忠實嘅評分，如果下次再去星加坡旅行，我一定會再去呢一間，錢付出係值得嘅！

great location beside the beach, but the seaview is not really nice (you just see a lot of ships and cargos and the port is so close...) and the facilities are really too old, the bathroom door is worn out and the bathroom ventilation is way too weak...

The overall staff are nice and helpful. However, there was one customer service who is responsible to pick up phone call calling from the room was very rude to us. We have told them the staff during check-in has agreed to offer us a sofa-bed (which is a free upgrade) but the customer service on the phone kept on saying there are additional charge and asked us to confirm we will pay for it. We have explained to her the situation and what we have comminuted with front desk but she was unwilling to listen. Her attitude was rude and impolite which should not be happened at a five-star hotel. Please contact me and I can provide more information. Thanks

酒店比較舊，廁所有很多飛蟲（我殺了差不多十幾隻），浴缸塞了去水，要找人通。
沙灘沒人去，泳池還可以，不過沒有village hotel 泳池舒服。
地點遠，交通不方便，優點是景色優美，附近就是Siloso 歷史紀念館，另外有免費自助洗衣服務。但絕對不值這個價格。（兩大一小 3200/晚包早餐）

酒店的環境不錯服務也很好。就是開業時間太長設施陳舊了點，而且所在的位置海域是繁忙的海港，海對面還是大型石化基地，所以海水質量就差强人意了。我們入住酒店之前，剛好碰到出了一單冠狀病毒患者，導致出租車拒載我們去酒店。而且酒店明顯那麽多空置客房，爲何提供給我們升級的選項，卻要加收我們那麽多錢呢？因爲在那麽多客人因爲疫情取消訂房的情況下，我們依然相信酒店來入住了，不應該給點獎勵我們嗎？

we have traveled a lot and have lived in quite a lot 5 star or 6 star hotels , but this time at shangrila sentosa hotel, it was definitely an outstanding and impressive experience . the staff for room service is very friendly and detail minded. Knowing we were there for our wedding anniversary, they sent good surprise and did very nice room decoration . it was very touching and warm to see all these special care ! i would definitely recommend

I also indulged in the spa services, and I can confidently say it was one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. 酒店比較舊，廁所有很多飛蟲（我殺了差不多十幾隻），浴缸塞了去水，要找人通。
沙灘沒人去，泳池還可以，不過沒有village hotel 泳池舒服。
