Actually everything is good, but the last day, when we checked out, and asking about the pick up service fee, just released the hotel seems not help to arrange, we did do the request from the day when we checked in.

Be careful, if you book this hotel for executive suite, they have a variety room sizes and decorations. This trip we booked 4 rooms for two nights. As we checked in in the late evening around 10-11 pm. The hotel did not reserved all four room in close area even one of the rooms on different floor. The hotel staff were nice and friendly looking. The lady who did the checkin for us insisted they were fully booked on that date we arrived. She offered one room upgraded to luxury suite which equipped a full kitchen but we did not use it at all. All other 3 rooms are significant different from the pictures shown on the booking pages. I must say THEY ARE VERY DIFFERENT.Other than that the concierge were terrific.

Nice and warm hotel with good location

Huge room, great breakfast, central close in location.

Room was clean and huge. Extremely comfortable stay. Breakfast was extensive and delish. Staff in the restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful.

Nothing to complain. Giant room. Close to city center. Breakfast was ok. Everything worked well.

The hotel is quiet and located in the old city. The room was huge and spoiling. Very good breakfast. The reception man was pleasant and helpful. Sent us to a local food restaurant and explained where to travel.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, excellent location to all the attractions ( 6 min walk to both the Old Town and New Town ). And the staff were very nice.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit hervorragendem Service. Einziger Makel evtl. das Frühstück mit etwas genervtem Personal. Sonstiges Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

A really lovely hotel that is fantastic value for money. Staff very helpful and polite we stayed in a luxury apartment which was fantastic and one of the best rooms i have ever stayed in. the only minor negatives, Gym equipment could be thinned out a bit ie one bike, one running machine, only because the room is a bit small.

Pros: Great staff, good location, nicely arranged rooms Cons: Could not meet room bed type (requested two beds, received one - could have been a problem with Expedia communicating with the hotel), streaming to television did not work, WiFi in room disconnected more frequently than expected

Das Hotel macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck, jedoch auf den ersten Blick sieht es aus wie ein Wohnhaus. Ursprünglich war dies mal ein Mehrparteinhaus, in einer guten Lage. 10 zu Fuss zum Shoppingcenter Eurovea, Öffentliche vor der Tür. Auswahl beim Frühstück ist für ein 5 Sterne Haus sehr sehr mager, Zimmer sind super schön und modern. Spa nur gegen Gebühr von 75€ für 2 Stunden und mind 2 Tage im vorhinein reservieren. Sehr nettes Personal Was ich schade fand war das ich eine Executive Suite mit Balkon gebucht habe und der TV im Wohnzimmer nicht funktionierte, es wurde uns ein Zimmerwechsel angeboten der für mich zu kompliziert war. Es gab weder ein Sorry oder sonst etwas. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel, für mich aber nur 4 Sterne wert.

war mit meiner Freundin das Wochenende in Bratislava wir wurden sehr freundlich und herzlich im Reset Boutique Hotel empfangen, super schönes großes Zimmer :) wir waren begeistert.. auch das Frühstück war fantastisch und das Personal aufmerksam und freundlich.. Danke für die schöne Zeit bei euch.

We stayed at penthouse and it was very spacious and well equipped. Hotel is centrally located and staffs were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here if we visit Bratislava next time.

Rooms are huge. Staff is over the top friendly !! Located in a perfect spot to walk around Bratislava to see the sites. This was our second time staying there and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Rooms are clean and large but breakfast is very weak.
