A really lovely hotel that is fantastic value for money. Staff very helpful and polite we stayed in a luxury apartment which was fantastic and one of the best rooms i have ever stayed in. the only minor negatives, Gym equipment could be thinned out a bit ie one bike, one running machine, only because the room is a bit small.

I opted in for "Deluxe apartment" with the floor heating as promoted on their website. Unfortunately pitched "floor heating", the main upsell feature of this type of apartment was not working. The staff was not able to "fix it" in 3 days while I was staying there. Very unconvenient especially during snow storm outside. Sadly, the hotel staff did not come up with any alternative solution (move us to the room with working heating or provide us with some electric heaters etc.). Apart from saying "we are fixing this" nothing was done in order to fix this problem. They did not even show up to check if it is actually working or not. Very dissapointing. Another amusing feature of this hotel (at least this type of the room) were two TVs installed in the way that if person 1 changes channel with the remote, it also changes channel on the second TV. :) Pluses: breakfast staff was very attentive and location is top notch. Tip: bring your own eletric heating or special thermal wear
