我們大約在2週前就已訂房，住宿前一晚也有收到飯店的訂房提醒信，但是當我們到飯店check in時，飯店人員說因爲系統有問題，房間都滿了，所以把我們訂的兩間房，其中一間要拆到hotel Kars 去，讓我們覺得十分不便。而且在處理的過程中，我們看到後面來check in的客人都很順利有房，迅速領房卡就上樓，所以詢問櫃臺服務人員能否安排我們在同一間飯店，服務人員叫我們自己打電話去問，這讓我十分生氣，因為是系統和飯店的疏失，為什麼是我們自己去問。後來僵了一陣子，櫃臺人員打了電話，吿知我們對方飯店也沒有房間了，我們最終還是住在不同的飯店裡，是一個不愉快的住宿經驗。

The staff was very helpful in the navigation of the trains, buses and sites
the breakfast was a wide variety with a cappuccino espresso machine that offered many coffee choiced,however, the scrambled eggs,on all three of my breakfast were never warm enough to eat and when brought to their attention, they cooked up some fresh ones for us

We booked a stay very last minute and were glad that we selected this hotel. There are a few different parking options, including customer parking along the side of the building, or a more secure garage/lot that is 10 euro per day. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with many different options including various borek, crepes, waffles, eggs, peppers in many forms, different cheeses...etc. There is also a bar that is open in the evenings for drinks. We would stay here again.
