我們大約在2週前就已訂房，住宿前一晚也有收到飯店的訂房提醒信，但是當我們到飯店check in時，飯店人員說因爲系統有問題，房間都滿了，所以把我們訂的兩間房，其中一間要拆到hotel Kars 去，讓我們覺得十分不便。而且在處理的過程中，我們看到後面來check in的客人都很順利有房，迅速領房卡就上樓，所以詢問櫃臺服務人員能否安排我們在同一間飯店，服務人員叫我們自己打電話去問，這讓我十分生氣，因為是系統和飯店的疏失，為什麼是我們自己去問。後來僵了一陣子，櫃臺人員打了電話，吿知我們對方飯店也沒有房間了，我們最終還是住在不同的飯店裡，是一個不愉快的住宿經驗。

房間乾淨舒適，飯店有提供免費停車場，距離溶洞約5分鐘車程。

Hotel has been renovated. It is very clean and tidy and it is quite cheap.

Stayed one night after visiting the Postojna cave. The room was very spacious. There are parking spots dedicated to hotel guests.

Great staff and good location in the city

It felt like living in a dorm going down a long hallway and a lot of doors. The door to the room was very noisy every time it was moved. There were no electric outlets by the bed so using our medical machine was impossible. The room was clean as well as the very small bathroom. The staff were nice and helpful.

Ok rum. Ac:n var sp smutsig att den knapot kylde. I övrigt helt ok. Trevlig personal.

La ville est un peu spéciale mais si vous êtes juste de passage, l’hôtel est très bien, propre, personnel agréable et petit déjeuner avec un bon rapport qualité prix.

Hotellet var jättebra. Fint rum och bra frukost. Fasaden var lite sliten men invändigt var hotellet jättefint. Jag kan rekommendera detta boendet.

Ett centralt hotell med bra parkering vissa gratis o innanför bommen fanns betalt parkering. Vi hade inklusive frukost. Som var mer än ok för att vara utomlands. Hjälpsam personal. Dom servera frukost o ingen annan måltid

This hotell was exellent. The room was big and fresh, the breakfast had everything and was very good, free parking right outside and the lady in the reseption was very nice and helpful. The best stay we had in Slovenia. Really recomend it! Best regards from Anna with family :)

Staff were helpful with directions and lent me an umbrella when it was raining.

Lovely pearl! Had a wonderful stay. Recommended! Make sure to book the sauna in time if that’s your thing.
