我們大約在2週前就已訂房，住宿前一晚也有收到飯店的訂房提醒信，但是當我們到飯店check in時，飯店人員說因爲系統有問題，房間都滿了，所以把我們訂的兩間房，其中一間要拆到hotel Kars 去，讓我們覺得十分不便。而且在處理的過程中，我們看到後面來check in的客人都很順利有房，迅速領房卡就上樓，所以詢問櫃臺服務人員能否安排我們在同一間飯店，服務人員叫我們自己打電話去問，這讓我十分生氣，因為是系統和飯店的疏失，為什麼是我們自己去問。後來僵了一陣子，櫃臺人員打了電話，吿知我們對方飯店也沒有房間了，我們最終還是住在不同的飯店裡，是一個不愉快的住宿經驗。

房間乾淨舒適，飯店有提供免費停車場，距離溶洞約5分鐘車程。

樓梯有點太多，附近太偏僻

Hotel has been renovated. It is very clean and tidy and it is quite cheap.

This hotell was exellent. The room was big and fresh, the breakfast had everything and was very good, free parking right outside and the lady in the reseption was very nice and helpful. The best stay we had in Slovenia. Really recomend it! Best regards from Anna with family :)

Staff were helpful with directions and lent me an umbrella when it was raining.

Lovely pearl! Had a wonderful stay. Recommended! Make sure to book the sauna in time if that’s your thing.

Was a decent place to stay for one night

Nice quiet hotel. Staff were very kind and helpful. Location is about 7 minute walk from the train station. Room was a good size with two single beds (push them together for a queen). Quite clean. The complimentary breakfast bar was a very big spread - much more than we expected: scrambled eggs (plain and with veg/cheese), boiled eggs, homemade yogurt, croissants, cake(!), fruit, cheese and meat, etc etc. The hotel seems to have prioritized the rooms for renovation and upkeep. This is a very passable 3 star hotel. We were quite pleased.

Buona soluzione nel centro del paese. Ottima la disponibilità del parcheggio e personale gentile. Stanza colazione un po' antiquata ma nel complesso buon servizio colazione. Credo che tornerei a dormire qui

Staff was friendly, elevator available, parking in the back (convenient). Easter eggs at the front desk were deliscious!!!

Breakfast was full of variety, clean room, super friendly staff, very accomadting spoke english. lots of parking, close to all amenities. the building is in very good shape considering the age.
