the room and bedroom are clean, even the room is small, but enough for one person。

The room is small but still able a luggage. It is also quiet, tidy and enough facilities. The staff is very nice and helpful. It would be appreciated if some hooks can be added in the shared bathroom for hanging the dry clothes.

Affordable price, but quite noisy early in the morning when other residents move around.

You 100% get what you pay for! Its small, quaint, and pretty dirty, but if for the price, you really cant beat it. The owner and worker there are super sweet and friendly and will help you at a moments notice.

I asked for help as the room was too hot and had no windows, they didn’t do anything. The person at the reception left before 5pm The worse was the dust in the room and the mold in the shower. It is not worth the price I payed. The door was broken and so it kept ringing late at night.

整形のDTで利用して喋れない私に、わざわざ日本語の説明文を後から持ってきてくださいました。 お部屋は綺麗とは言い難いですが、この値段で考えたらとても良い施設だと思います。

The price was cheap, but I had more expectations because of the photos in the post when i booked it

3泊４日で一日目が夜中着でした。セルフチェックインになっており、エレベーターにて4階で自分の名前の紙を持って 5階の女性専用部屋へ。5階への扉へはパスワードを入力して中に入れました(私は裏面がある事を全く見ずパスワードが書かれてる事に気づかずに一人で焦ってました笑) 部屋に入ると鍵が置いてあり、オートロックなので部屋を出る時は必ず携帯してないと締め出されますのでご注意を！ バス停が徒歩1分圏内なのでかなり交通は便利で、 空港行きのバスもそのバス停から出るので立地はかなりいいかと思います！ 近くにコンビニ、ダイソーがあるので忘れ物してもすぐ買い足せますし、電子レンジや洗濯機もあり、他の部屋はわかりませんが私が宿泊した部屋には小さい冷蔵庫、タオル2枚ありました。 チェックアウトも入り口近くの箱に鍵を入れればオッケーでした。 私は特に気にならないですが、ドアを開ける音や廊下を歩いてる音や電話してる声などかなり聞こえます。他の方も書いてるようにコスパ重視の方にはいいかもしれません！

Close to everything you need, including public transit. Very quiet neighborhood.

ソウル中心部まではそれなりに時間（約40分程度）がかかりますが、バス停、地下鉄駅ともに近く便利（最寄りは소울지방병무청역）。 施設は全体的に値段なりの古さ（宿泊した部屋が写真掲載されているのですが、実際は結構古かった…少しずつ改修されているのか、ドアは表面がキレイ、机も部分的に補修と努力されていますが）なので、キレイさを求める方は避けた方が無難。コスパ重視の方ならOKかと。 暖房施設が十分ではないので（掛布を追加してもらったのですが、３時間で勝手にオフになる小型ヒーターでは、朝方の冷込み時（-1〜-2℃と比較的暖かかったのですが…）に暖房が切れてしまってダメでした）、窓側の部屋は避けた方が良いと思われます。最終日は東大門のチムチルバン泊にしました笑 部屋の冷蔵庫はドアのところがカビていたので、窓際の天然冷蔵庫で済ませました。 スタッフの方には親切に対応してもらいました。 고맙습니다！ ただ、備え付けの電話の受話器マークのボタンはクセがあり、スタッフの方に電話をかけるのに一苦労しました。 この価格で個室なのは大きいので、さらに各所がキレイにされることを期待しつつ、コスパ重視の場合はまた利用したいと思います。

とても静かです。シャワーもトイレも綺麗でした。キッチンには食器が揃っていて料理もできます。部屋も全く問題ありません。wifi は高速です。スタッフが夜中にいないので 夜にチェックインする人は少し大変かも。 夜中にチェックインする場合にどうやって鍵を受けとるのか事前に確認してください。

Overall the location is near the city centre, and is safe for female solo travellers even reach late night. In terms of the stay facilities, I didn't manage to meet any of th staff because my check in/out time is out of their operation hours. The room is small as expected, just nice for 1 person & 1 huge luggage. The bed is hard and the pillow is shallow, I can't sleep comfortably. Luckily I have my neck rest, otherwise I going to wake up with neck ache. The pantry needs a lot of cleaning, is so dirty. As for the shared bathroom, I guess you need to build a blurry glassdoor instead of curtains because is so cold when I came back late night and try to get shower. And the shower head hanger is broken, please fixed it. For a short stay, is ok, not for a long one.

Tiny room with hot shower, good location. It can be improved by maintain brighter and cleaner environment.

About 500 meters from the closest metro station. Really cheap for a single room. The rooms are great, the shared bathroom need some love. Your stay will depends on the other people with you. When I stayed, there was a lot of people making noise at 2 am and they were listening to movie on full volume without earphones. That was not nice, they didn’t listen when someone asked them to lower the volume/ put on earphones. Also, one person was washing her underwear with the shared bar of soap. Beware that there are quite a lot of mosquitoes or maybe something in the bed, that stung me quite a little. Not sure what is was, since I saw only one mosquito in my stay.
