1) a very quiet hotel in a quiet sidestreet. The location of the hotel was very convenient, she was easy to find and very near the public transport system; 2) although breakfasts were simple, the food was fresh and everything was clean; 3)our room was big enough for 3 persons, comfortable, clean and quiet and even has a big bathroom which you usually do not expect. The only thing is the door of bathroom, upper part of it is transparent instead of wooden (better improve this); 4) at the beginning of our stay the Wi-fi was definitely not good - but receptionist - bless her - contacted the technician - the Wi-fi service improved vastly and was great and 5) every member of the hotel staff that we interacted with were attentive, friendly, and very helpful -- most notably Grace & Alice/Agnes (both can communicate with us in English ~ a special thanks to both 당신의 우수한 서비스를 주셔서 감사합니다 ). Here, we would like to THANKS them and their colleagues. Many thanks! Do remember to call us when any of you visit our place. Highly recommended. (sorry for the BELATED comments)

因為要看某放送到深夜...所以訂了附近的酒店...房間很大..床很舒服...還有桌上電腦可以用!!!!雖然滑鼠不太能動ㅋㅋㅋㅋ浴室裡除了浴缸...還有一個小蒸汽間丫!!!!!!!試了一次...很舒服...會再去的= ̄ω ̄=酒店附近有很多24小時的餐店..酒吧...咖啡店..炸雞店..不會餓死就對了ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

先說優點:1. 服務台的職員很有禮,熱心協助我解決困難。2. 房間算舒適,且有兩道門,所以隔音特別好。3. 乘機場大巴到國會議事堂站下車,直走5分鐘左右,看見SK油站右轉馬上可以看見酒店。另外走路去地鐵1號出口也是5分鐘左右。但地鐵9號線分ALL STOP / EXPRESS兩種列車,特快是不停國會議事堂站的,要留意。至於缺點:1. 入住時發現被套有污濁,對我來說不可以接受,等了10分鐘左右有職員上來更換了。2. 輪到廁所去水有問題,等了20分鐘左右有職員上來把倒塞問題解決了。(我應該是不好彩吧,接二連三出現問題)

Staff are helpful and friendly. The self-help breakfast is simple but enough for me. Fitness, laundry facilities are in a small room with no air-conditioning if you really need to use them. The place is satisfying in general. Only that the towels were quite worn out and had turned gray. The toiletries were not bad!

失望,入住前因希望使用它房間的蒸氣室才訂,但去到發覺有都不能用,它解釋只有幾間房先有得用,但冇得換房!帶小孩入住雙人房要再收費!房間電腦螢幕壞的,幸好只住一晚,下次不會來!

I was stay in this hotel 2 years ago And I felt ok and acceptable . I come again . Because I have different flight with my girl friend . And she arrived at midnight . Then it would be more safe for her if she know this hotel two year ago . Then we booked double room for 2 person .But this time is total disappointed . For the hardware . 1. The breakfast is worst than two year ago .2. The room with smoking smell even we have non smoking room . 3, only one cup for teeth brushing for two person . 4, the drinking water from the machine is a strange taste . 5. We found the plastic bag under the bed and some water still In The boiling machine from last guest. For the software , the service is worst than two yeEar ago . Staff is unfriendly , not helpful only if you asked . If you are in English . They don't want to help two much . And I well noted because of the manager JIN . If he is the one to manage the hotel during this two year . Then it is the main issue I think . Actually I tie two days stay and will come back after 4 days later from busan for one day more . As we have two person . Then we requested one more blanket from the 1st stay , then we need to pay 10,000 won from requested by JIN , the manager . I didnot know he is manager at that moment . Then I explained that I have double room from two people. This is not too special , then he accepted with a long face and this is a special case . Then I told him I will one back 4 days later . Please kept this service also . Then he said ok and I asked his name for any situation later I have . But one I come back . He was in the reception . Then I asked the same . I am sure he forgot already . Then he told me there is too many people requested for extra blanket .then is not leftover for us . For us , same person we are requested then with no reservation for a blanket . We are really unHappy . and he was trying to deny I was misunderstanding . He have no responsibility to take my note in the logbook for other staff for this reservation If he is out of shift . He was shouting to cover his mistake . Then I told him this is not a manner for person who is providing service . May I asked to see his manager. And he is proude to say . I am manager . Then I am really shock . Then I told him I never come back this hotel and will give a worst mark on the agency websit . He said HE DONT MIND . No value to go ..
