The suite was clean and comfortable but a couple of things would improve it. Somewhere to hang up the towels is needed and would be more eco friendly. It also needed hooks for jackets, hats, purses etc - especially as the closet was far too small with only 3 hangers, completely inadequate for a 9-day stay for a wedding. Finally, the lighting in the suite was brutal - overhead lights only, no bedside lights for reading or mood lighting for living room. So, with jet lag at 2am, trying to read either in darkness or with a blazing overhead light that disturbed the person who was actually asleep… painful. Breakfast good but laid out early so cold by the time we came down on time.

床单内有厚胶垫，在上面转身发出很嘈声响，而且令床变硬，极度不舒服。被笠和床单上，有很多长头发，但我本人是短发，所以感觉很肮脏。

The bed is very uncomfortable as it is with a plastic cover on the mattress. The plastic cover makes the bed too warm, hard and noisy which you turn. There were few hairs on the blanket cover and on the bed, I requested the hotel staff to change the blanket cover , they committed but did not change😔

ウェルカムドリンク嬉しかったです。
スタッフの方も親切でした。
夜間の外の騒ぎ声がありましたので、場合によっては気になるかもしれません。便利な場所なのでまた利用したいと思います。

Good unique hotel. Very odd room design. Bathroom entrance direct to the shower before toilet.
Good area for dining, close to the lake and lotte world.
Also close to the train station.
Very odd that laundry is not 24 hours and only 1 machine. It’s slightly ruining over holiday plan.

The standard room was a a little small by American standards but was very comfortable. The hotel is within easy walking distance of many dining options as well as subway and bus stations. Lotte Tower is only 10 minutes away with its mall, shoppong mart (think a grocery store and more) and attractions like Lotte World and Aquarium.
On my next trip to Seoul I will definitely stay here again.

We had a good stay at Jamsil Delight. I regret not buying a deluxe room as the lack of bathroom privacy was a bit unpleasant. The bed is great though, and if you plan to not spend that much time in your room it's a decent room for the price. The location is by far the best part of the hotel
