The suite was clean and comfortable but a couple of things would improve it. Somewhere to hang up the towels is needed and would be more eco friendly. It also needed hooks for jackets, hats, purses etc - especially as the closet was far too small with only 3 hangers, completely inadequate for a 9-day stay for a wedding. Finally, the lighting in the suite was brutal - overhead lights only, no bedside lights for reading or mood lighting for living room. So, with jet lag at 2am, trying to read either in darkness or with a blazing overhead light that disturbed the person who was actually asleep… painful. Breakfast good but laid out early so cold by the time we came down on time.

The standard room was a a little small by American standards but was very comfortable. The hotel is within easy walking distance of many dining options as well as subway and bus stations. Lotte Tower is only 10 minutes away with its mall, shoppong mart (think a grocery store and more) and attractions like Lotte World and Aquarium. On my next trip to Seoul I will definitely stay here again.

Good unique hotel. Very odd room design. Bathroom entrance direct to the shower before toilet. Good area for dining, close to the lake and lotte world. Also close to the train station. Very odd that laundry is not 24 hours and only 1 machine. It’s slightly ruining over holiday plan. Overall 7/10

Clean but tiny newer facilities. Only 1 set of laundry machine on the 10th floor with limited operating time. Had to wash clothes after the daily activities but they didn't allow using it after 10 pm. Located inside famous eating zone called Moj-Ja-Gol-Mok. Tons of great foods to choose. We enjoyed it

Super affordable and a great place to stay for a few days. Jamsil is a cool area for drinks and food, and located only a few subway stops from Gangnam. I made a mistake in my booking and they were super accommodating.

Having to tell them you wanted breakfast by late evening the day before was kinda stupid in my opinion. No continental breakfast provided. Couldn't get any help putting the television on English so was not able to use the television in the evenings when in for the night. Spent a week with this issue. It was nice to be so close to multiple attractions as well as a subway stop within a five minute walk.

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Hairs in the sheets, black mold in the bathroom, food on the floor that had not been swept, some sort of sticky jelly on the furniture, the walls were completely covered in marks. The aircon did not work, the window let in street noise well after midnight. I have been to 47 countries all over the world, stayed in countless hotels and I never ever leave reviews, but this place was the exception. I would usually feel bad about leaving a bad review as I know this type of business is hard, but this hotel team so clearly did not care about the state of this room. It was not like the photos, it was disgusting. Do not stay here

Be under no illusions if you have already booked to stay here well done, if not, book it. What a great hotel. In Korea space is a premium so there is no spa, no pool but there is loads of character. The bedroom was immaculate, the staff are amazing and the location is fantastic....what else can we say? We would absolutely stay here again.
