Nice hotel, but very noisy at the morning time(i think there some work at the harbor), the checkout is to early(11 morning) ,and the breakfast time is unpleasant (till9:30) the elevator is slow and the hotel is crowded the lobby area is too small and there is limited seats , The view was awesome and the room was very clean

The property had a good location with a Lotte mall, Starbucks, and restaurants all within 10 minutes walk. The spa amenity was nice and at a very reasonable fee. Beautiful rooftop cafe for breakfast as well. The room was quiet and would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful hotel overlooking Yeongdo harbor with tugboats activities. Close to transportation and many key spots in Busan. Professional staff.

The view was amazing, you can see the skyline towards the Busan Port. Easy refreshing walks over the Yeongdo bridge to get to shopping malls and markets. Many restaurants around for great food and food stalls along the road leading up to the hotel at night. Too bad we only could stay for a night, I would definitely book here again to explore Busan some more.

The staff was very rude. We requested some extra pillows and was told they would not provide them. No explanation. Not even an offer to provide them for a fee. I called the next day and explained that it was a medical condition which requires me to sleep at an elevated angle. They begrudgingly got approval and provided the pillows. We requested a late check out and was informed it would incur a fee. I explained that they had told me that late check out was free if requested ahead of time. They then agrees to give a single hour. Overall, the hotel room and the hotel itself were very nice, but the staff was rude and uncooperative.

Luxurious hotel with excellent amenities. Love the rooftop cafe to work and enjoy the magnificent views. Outlr room also had wonderful views.Very helpful and accomodating staff.

Lavalse Hotel had one of the best view that i stayed in any hotel. However, it comes with a price, not just so on the cost of the room but also the limited eatery around the hotel and nit to mention that you will need to walk (or take a bus) over a long bridge to get out or back to the hotel. Not to mention that the hotel mixed up my hotel room type and downgraded my stay until i clarify once i get to see the room. Better to be clear which room type you booked at the hotel reception.

The hotel was simply amazing. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely book this hotel again.

I was very impressed with this hotel. It had the best hotel bed I've ever slept on. The rooms might appear small at first but they were very comfortable and functiona. From the bathroom to the split "balcony". I loved the master control for the lights and temperature, as well as the fake wall to creat a balcony space. The room was also near the highway and had a great view without any noise. Best part was that the nearest subway station was a short 10-15 min walk. Was also able to get a taxi at 6 am. And all the staff were very helpful in explaining how to get around. Would definitely come back!

Second time visiting this hotel. Me and my hubby had a great time staying in this hotel. Very kind front desk staff members.

Beautiful room and views!

Beautiful hotel with excellent amenities, amazing views. You can take a long walk to the mall & lots of shopping over the bridge, or walk the other way to the beautiful, hip coffee shop Momos. Rooms are comfortable and very modern. Staff is hospitable. Great for digital nomads to work at the cafe on the 28th floor. Great coffee and delicious pastries.

The staff amazing, the room was terrific. The only thing that kinda bothered me was the bathroom. There was like no wall or anything that divided the shower and toilet it was like a open area lol.

We really wanted to like The Lavalse, but overall it was just an okay stay, with only two standouts: the views and housekeeping. Although it's relatively new, the hotel already had torn wallpaper, missing numbers in hallways, and the slowest elevator we have ever experienced in any hotel. The check in/reception staff were robotic in nature and never strayed from a memorized script, thus we never felt that this hotel was anything special.
