This was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. From the cleanliness of the bathroom bidet, to the comfortable sheets and pillows, the housekeeping does an excellent job. You can also turn down bed sheet or towel changing services to be eco-friendly. We had our 1 year old toddler with us, and the hotel mentioned that cribs were only for babies up to 12 months. However, other guests in the hotel were given a Pack and Play, which is a foldable playpen for toddlers to play in. We asked the front desk twice, and both times they said they did not know what a Pack and Play was. When we asked a housekeeper in the hallway, she said the Pack and Plays we saw in the storage room were not for rental. As a result, our toddler had to free-roam across the room, and because our room was accessible (it was the only room type available that weekend), everything was toddler-height, so he could reach everything. He played with the phones, the light switch console, and the shelves where the TVs were. If we were allowed access to the pack and play (we showed the hotel staff photos of the pack and plays, but they didn't claimed to not know what they were), we would have had a 5 star experience. Other than that, the location of the hotel is central to the Myeongdong Night Market and the subway station, and a GS-25 and 7-Eleven for all your late night needs.

I got food poisoning in their breakfast. Be carefull. In room they have instant coffee but no sugar, shampoo, but no lotion or conditioner..

Location very close to Myeondong shopping and subway but without the bothering of crowd and noise.

Hotel and room were spotless. Quick and easy check in. The room was situated on the front of hotel with a view towards the main street, bed was huge and the room and bathroom were spotless. Safe and fridge in room at no extra cost, 2 bottles of water provided everyday. The only complaint is that there are no drawers in the room. There was a small bar in the hotel but it didn't appear to be used, we were the only 2 people in when we went so no atmosphere and it was very expensive.

Entire staff was excellent except for one lady who was on duty from when we arrived at 9am. Not professional or friendly.

Hotel was very centrally located and overall cleanliness and comfort were good. The WiFi was very unstable throughout our stay and we had to use mobile data most of the time when we were in the hotel.

I like that the hotel is at myeongdong area and near to the airport bus. Housekeeping on a daily basis and the electrical ports came with universal adapter. However it would be good for the room set up to be reviewed as one of the electrical ports were behind a bed thus making it inconvenient to charge using that port. We are only left with 2 areas to charge. There are eateries around the hotel and is very convenient. Highly recommended and i will not hesitate to stay here next time.

Conveniently located near the train station and bus stops (including for airport bus). On the quieter side of Myeongdong. Twin suite on level 2 was comfortable with sufficient seating area. Bed and pillows were just the right firmness and i slept very well. Housekeeping ladies did a good job making up the room each day. Great that windows could be opened to let some fresh air in. However, the room had very dusty surfaces upon check in - all the tables and top of shelves super dusty. Also the entrance sensor-activated lights kept switching on and off at night - engineering helped to turn off the sensor. The sliding door to toilet and shower areas is transparent glass so perhaps the room is more suitable for couples. Gym is quite dated but had many equipment.

Nice location for shopping and dinning. Not really into the service.

Convenient location with many Halal eateries just behind the hotel. 5 minutes walk across to Myeondong Street, and subway. 2 convenience stores just a minute walk from lobby. Has a self service laundry room at B1. Highly recommended and will be back again!

Overall a great experience relative to the price. The location is excellent and ideal for shopping, dining and access to subway and meeting spots for tours!

Very convenient to use the public transportation. Restaurants and shops are nearby.

Recently renovated clean and bright rooms with comfortable sitting area and space for organizing luggages. Modern technology for light control and comfortable beds. Excellent customer services from the manager to front desk staff, doorman, and housekeeping lady. The hotel let us store our carryons for 3 days for free until we return!
