convenient location

The rooms were spacious but the bathroom was in need of a renovation, there was mold and the shower/tub was very high and difficult to get into, my daughter slipped and fell. Bath towels provided were quite small. Beds were too firm, could not get comfortable. Walls were very thin, I could hear the alarm and phone vibration of the guests in the next room.

Excellent location. Myeondong market right across street and train station right in front. Some staff speaks limited English, others better. 30000 won (about $20usd) to do 1 load of self service wash which i think is pretty pricey. Nice size room and king bed, but room is getting a bit worn. Slightly moldy showers. I got a great rate so am happy overall, but if i had to pay over $150 i would be disappointed.

the staff were very helpful, smiley and courteous. the lifts were also very efficient and the housekeeper cleaned our rooms very well. The location is awesome- there were a few convenient stores and restaurants right outside the hotel and the subway station is just 3mins walk from the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pacific Hotel.

Located within 2 min walk from Myeong-dong station Exit 3. However: (1) the customer service was cold at best. I requested for early check-in which was denied citing full occupancy, which is understandable. But even extending check-out by just one hour was denied unless I pay for it! And they call themselves 4-star hotel. (2) the rooms had no soundproofing (could hear construction noise even on the 8th floor as well as baby crying in some other room), (3) room had mosquitoes. When I told the front desk, the person said "yes, Seoul has a lot of mosquitoes" instead of doing anything about it (4) the housekeeping everyday kept knocking my room door until I answered despite putting Do Not Disturb sign. So I had to wake up each day just to tell the person to come later (which itself was difficult to explain as she didn't understand any English at all).

Excelente locación, walking distance (2 minutes) to the subway station , across the street of an area full of shops and restaurants Hotel is clean, staff nice and helpful.
