Excellent location, hotel is Ok pretty large with 28 floors, breakfast buffet was Ok

For business trip in Busan, It is the best near the Busan Station.

Breakfast time is too busy and noisy,you have stay in a line waiting to get a table.

Our room 1217 had a large dinner plate carpet hole at the main walk way entrance and had a terrible smell as you walked in the room. After a few seconds you adjusted to the smell and we didn't think much about it as our stay was only two nights and we were sight seeing for both days. On the second night we realised it could be a mould smell as we were all feeling ill. The next morning we left and we instantly started feeling better. Coincidence? Considering i have not felt ill this century i dont think so. Hotel postion brilliant as we caught the ferry to Japan.

It is very conveniently situated. Meeting place for day tours is nearby which is what I like. No need to wake up early.

Room is big enough for three. Toilet seat is warm and toiletries were great. Location is excellent too.

Liked location next to Busan KTX and subway station. Front desk and floor staff were helpful and easy to talk with at all times. Laundry facilities of two sets of washer and dryer can be busy but what I did not like was that as it was late November, heating in rooms were turned on but could not be reduced or controlled. We had three rooms and room temperature was generally 26 Celsius even with windows opened and of course it was noisy. Everybody in our party did not sleep well and this was major issue given we stayed several nights. A lot of rooms also had their windows open. Definitely will be a major factor in deciding future stays here.

The shower was very slippery with the smooth tile. I almost slipped so I had put a towel on the floor tile inside the shower. Location was excellent.. It was close to subway and train stations, very convenient. It was also close to eateries.
