地理位置优越，员工友好，房间很大，靠近 KTX 和 MRT 站 + 公交车站。酒店周围有很多吃饭的地方。

住宿距离釜山站非常近。很方便。我推荐它。

Staff ramah. Kamar luas dan menyenangkan dg view busan station dan city. Right next to busan station so you won't miss the train and easily chq in after long trip. Love this hotel.

Sangat menyenangkan menginap di Encore Ramadha, lokasi strategis depan Stasiun Busan, dekat stasiun MRT, hotelnya bersih dan petugasnya sangat membantu.

ห้องพักขนาดไม่ใหญ่มากแต่ก็ไม่เล็กจนอึดอัด เดินทางสะดวกติดสถานีรถไฟปูซานเลย ด้านล่างมีมินิมาร์ทและร้านกาแฟ ห้องน้ำขนาดไม่ใหญ่ โดยรวมเหมาะสมกับราคา

Lokasi strategis, Hotel di depan ktx busan station. Sangat cocok untuk yang pertama x ke Busan. City tour via klok dan Busan city tour bus bdrada tepat di depan Hotel. Bawah Hotel ada Dunkin Fonut, CU. Seberang Hotel ada Texas street dan China Town. Di dalam Busan Station juga banyak cafe dan restoran. Kontra: Hotel kekurangan payung sewaktu kami mau meminjam karena hujan yang lebat. Teh kopi di kamar hanya 1x di malam pertama yang diberikan, sedangkan kami menginap 3 malam. Lift yang sibuk dan lambat.

Great place to stay. The location is superb! Just next to KTX busan station. Staff can communicate well in English. I highly recommended this hotel. Next time I will stay this hotel again for sure.

Paling best di Busan. Dekat Busan Station, banyak resto di sekitar hotel, kamar bersih banget, dan harga oke. Akan menginap di sini terus ketika ke Busan.

Tempat tidur nyaman. Ruangan ga seberapa besar. Cukup untuk 2orang. Waktu cekout seharusnya jam 11am tapi hotel memberi waktu sampai jam 12. Lokasi sangat bagus karena dekat dengan busan station. Dekat subway dan bus.

Fantastic location, just in front of Busan Station, very convenient when taking KTX to Seoul. Convenient store and Dunkin coffee shop with direct access from hotel lobby. Lots of restaurants near hotels too, there are many tourist spots within 2KM include Busan Tower, big Lotte shopping mall. Check-in was swift, room is quite decent for 2 adults, clean, no complaints.

Lokasi sangat strategis antara train station dan MRT, atau bus stop. Kamarnya kecil tapi cukup nyaman.

No control on centralize air conditioner which is converted to heater during winter. When room is stuffy, have to open window. Hotel can provide. Keycard also need to try a few times before the guest room door open.

Location is very good, very near Busan station. Hotel staff speak good English. Something we find the hotel can do better like provide body lotion, shaver, allow guest to have free extend check out time If is like 1-2 hours. The room is quite small.

Near to Busan train station. Made a special request to check in early but was advise that even rooms were available they cannot. Check is in until check in time.

Waktu check-in, petugas sedikit tidak ramah, petugase terlalu banyak menayakan kepada bukti transaksi pesan hotel. Terus mau lihat kartu atm yang dipakek buat pesan. Pokoknya seperti petugas kampungan. Padahal sudah ada bukti paspor dan email pembayaran dan pemesanan. Selebihnya hotelnya bagus, strategis dan recommend banget.
