作為一間酒店，應該有清潔房間的服務，我住三日兩夜第二天我們一早外出遊玩夜晚8:30返回酒店，入門後，見到一個大膠袋，內裏裝住一些新毛巾、牙膏牙刷、一罐可樂、一罐雪碧、兩支水。我心知不妙，行上房間發現睡房沒有整理床單，亦沒有清潔洗手間，連爆滿的垃圾桶也沒有清理掉。因為當時已太夜了！就不想再聯絡酒店職員（可能已經下班了）。洗澡後便上床休息，個人覺得酒店位置很好房間亦不錯，但是這些清潔問題如果不到位對酒店的聲譽很有影響。

During our two week vacation in South Korea this was our favourite hotel to stay in.
The location is nice, close to the coast. The staff was good at addressing issues. We had an issue with the water heating in our room and the staff moved us to a different room right away.
Breakfast was nice, both the Korean and American style.
The room was clean and the tub was nice to use. The bed was comfy. Would stay here again!

This is a gem of a hotel. We particularly liked the restaurant food and ambience. As a vegetarian, I had been having a difficult time in Japan and S Korea. However, the food for both me and my omnivorous wife was first class. Accompanied by the best view you hope to find.
