The front desk staff is very helpful, including to those with limited Spanish. We had a very early morning arrival (around 6am) so I booked a room for the evening prior and emailed our arrival details. The room was ready when we arrived so we were able to catch a nap before exploring Madrid. The room was very clean and the location is excellent - there is a mini-mart across the street, the #5 Metro line is a block away, and there are a variety of eating options nearby. The buffet is a great value and everyone is incredibly friendly. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Madrid!!

El hotel es tal como se ve en las fotos. Habitaciones limpias y buen trato del personal. Bebidas de cortesía. Para comer hay opciones alrededor del hotel, en especial una cafetería de nombre Belsot, saliendo del hotel a la derecha, frente a la estación de Metro El Carmen, buena atención y buenos precios.
Importante, el Metro esta en la esquina del hotel, y en pocos minutos se puede visitar cualquier sitio de interés en Madrid. Repetiría sin dudarlo en este hotel.

Rooms were very warm when it was 15C outside and no air conditioning. Only way to cool down was window open on a very busy street. Otherwise, this was just as advertised and a great location.
